“The assistants and opticians are always friendly and welcoming .No matter what your problem is with your glasses they will sort them out for you .That is the experience that i have had with your Chatham Kent branch in many years that i have been with you .I am a 70 year old 100 % happy customer . “I am deaf,but no interpreter could be found by vision Express i went along with my daughter for the eye exam anyway,lady there kept asking my daughter the questions made me feel small, i had the exam with another lady,she was nice, after i was told i needed 2 pairs of glasses but one would be half price. I chose the glasses but wish i was left alone to choose,but felt pushed to choose quickly as the man stayed with us, he said after he had done a deal on the second pair of glasses,i didnt know what he meant,but when i had to pay for them it was same cost as that marked up but with no discount for the 2nd pair i had, i didnt argue about it just put it down to experience and i wont be back there anyway”

“Not happy with the fact that your company did not include the BVG number on my prescription. I did purchase a pair of glasses from your company, but wanted to purchase a cheap pair of prescription sunglasses, but cannot use the prescription I was given as no bvg number”

“I have been with vision express since 2001. They are the only company that can make my lenses properly. I have tried others. Service with a smile. Never too much trouble for anything. Accurate prescriptions. Some popular companies Never managed that. Brilliant guys.”

“I am pleased with the glasses I have now, I did however have to return my first pair as they had been ordered incorrectly. This wasn’t a problem asi had some other glasses to wear but it did mean I had to wait for my next pair to be made!”
