I’ve been a regular customer at Torquay for several years. I now know the optician well who is excellent and keeps me up to date. The rest of the staff are brilliant and my new glasses very good. Highly recommended. Any typos are not due to my new glasses!

Great service from optician and technicians, and very happy with my varifocal glasses, as they have freed me up from always chopping and changing between near and far vision glasses. Got my new specs within two weeks, although I did have to ring. In the event my Lipsi glasses case was not available, but the lady promised it will be in soon so I can pick it up later. Happy with the service I got from what is a busy outlet in Tesco's so not unreasonable to expect minor delays as I had in store.

I did not receive the proper information when l first made the order( kensington branch). You close the branch and tell me that my order will have to be pick up from Chelsea. I'm fine, understand..but you said that in less than 2 weeks we should get out glasses. Chelsea kings road: You do not answer to your branch phone (ever. Called even on Friday multiple times) and when you finally do so after several calls, you tell me that you will check for the information i asked for and that you will call me back in less than an hour and zeroooo phone call back . I have to go to the branch to be able to receive an information about my order! ( chelsea kings road branch). First you say that l should receive them in less than 2 weeks. Now l have to wait up to 3 months for my glasses????? When you know you have a problem with an order, you can't come up with a solution ? Or at least announce us ? Maybe in 3months l will have to make a new eye test . How can you wait 3 months for glasses !!!! How ! And you do not have good communication skills + team cooperation in your branch! For your map location and "name" l had bigger expectations from this company. I will never recommend this company and this Kind of service !

Do not use vision express unless you want to wait for 15 weeks from getting my initial eye test to finally cancelling my order. Firstly they gave me the wrong prescription and had to have a second eye test. Then when I got my glasses one of the arms fell off, then being told they were ready, infact the lab had broken the lens. The lab broke then the third pair. After 15 weeks of appalling customer service I finally cancelled the order. Having admitted their responsibility and offering no compensation I went to Boots and got my new glasses within 2 weeks. I would never use Vision Express again.

Just picked up my second pair of glasses from the shop within Tesco’s in Irvine. Service was first class and the glasses are great, would definitely recommend to others. Great job

Worst glasses ever. Asked for every treatment available but still have to clean them multiple times an hour. Tinted lenses change colour all the time. Original prescription far too strong. Would never use again

As usual at Stamford the test was professional and picked up some issues which were referred on effectively. The support staff also are both effective and friendly. A high quality operation.

Got specs from here,much freindlier than there comp,seem to do more for you, girls were lovely, make sure your specs are perfect

No problems with the service we had this year. It would be nice if we had the same optician we have had 3 different ones in the last three years

Lenses fell out after a few days. Was told to upgrade as poor quality, only one set of new glasses arrived and had wrong lenses. 4 waisted trips and still no glasses waste of time speaking to customer services had refund and gone to specsavers

I was very impressed with the attention to detail and depth of the eye test undertaken The staff were very helpful and friendly and also phoned to check that everything was satisfactory.
