“Had my appointment on 22nd Feb....new glasses arrived 28th....great service... lovely team....and my examination was very thorough and i felt very reassured. 👍”

“The service from the optician and the girls in shop was fantastic. I had my eyes tested and ordered my glasses on Friday 14th February. It is now Monday 9th March and still no glasses!!! As I said its not the shop staff, its your suppliers you need to sort. Back to Specsavers from now on”

“Have been a loyal customer for over 20yrs. They couldn’t even be bothered to contact me when they broke the frame put lens in. (Their frame, new from store) after chase them for three weeks, I took my custom and money else where. Got new glasses in 3 days and didn’t have to call them once! Vision express are not interested in the customers, care care is appalling.!”

“Great staff who know what they are doing. The only shame is they have removed the technition which means cant get lens put in frames anymore as need them there and then which was a grat service :( but no longer available as cant be with out for 4 days”

“When I visited the store in Chichester, the team were very professional and well informed and after my eye test, helped me to chose a frame and varifocal lenses. The frame I chose was not one that I would have looked at had I been left to my own devices but thankfully the manager (Zac?) helped me make the right choice and my friends have all remarked that I look younger with my new frames. I'd wholeheartedly recommended the team in Chichester who looked after me without any sales pressure but helped me find the right solution for me. I was sceptical about varifocals at first but they're working out very well.”
