“Thank you so.much for the services rendered to me by the Store Manager..(forgotten his name he is not fr Ireland..tall good looking guy) very professional efficient friendly and welcoming.I will definitely recommend family and friends to look out for him when going to Vision Express Dublin 15. “I had no phone call to say my glasses were ready and when I checked in to ask if they were ready I was told by a very unprofessional member of staff that she thinks someone else had collected them but couldn’t be sure and I had to go home to get my old glasses to trace the new ones that were missing and it couldn’t be checked on the system. Three trips later and I am still waiting for glasses and have been told they’ll have to order new ones. Where mine have gone I don’t know and how they went to the wrong person I don’t know but it’s cost me petrol and time which I don’t have to spare with children and grandchildren going back and forth to your store. Very bad service”

“my first proper eye test other than school and doctors. The test its self was good but after I was not told anything just look at some frames. Then told to bring a frame over to a table next thing I know I had brought them. Not told anything or when to pick them up.My wife had a lot better experience going through all the frame styles why she needed them and when to pick then up.”

“I saw a special offer from Vision Express and never thought they would be able to do it! I thought it might be a ploy to get you into the shop after paying double their price for the same glasses in other opticians. The service, care, commitment was first-rate! I would recommend them now to everyone after I received my glasses from them.”

“After eye test they said that I needed new glasses, I ordered lens as I liked my frames. When they back I couldn't see and had to get them to put my old lenses back in and got refund. They also tried to tweak my contacts but that didn't work. After asking if I could try a less powerful lens they said no! At this point I Canceled my contact subscription and no longer use them. I thought they are there to help me see!....”
