“I saw a special offer from Vision Express and never thought they would be able to do it! I thought it might be a ploy to get you into the shop after paying double their price for the same glasses in other opticians. The service, care, commitment was first-rate! I would recommend them now to everyone after I received my glasses from them.”

“After eye test they said that I needed new glasses, I ordered lens as I liked my frames. When they back I couldn't see and had to get them to put my old lenses back in and got refund. They also tried to tweak my contacts but that didn't work. After asking if I could try a less powerful lens they said no! At this point I Canceled my contact subscription and no longer use them. I thought they are there to help me see!....”

“Ladies were lovely who dealt with me. I did however feel obliged to having to buy glasses there and then. Ended up spending £160 on 2 pairs of glasses. Which is a lot of money for someone who is currently on maternity leave and has 2 kids too!”

“Very good and thorough eye test. Was told glasses would be ready in 2 weeks. Had to ring after waiting 3 weeks. Glasses were excellent and have had no problems”

“I had my eye test on the 6th of February. Ten days later I went to have my glasses fitted. Four days after that, I went back because I wasn’t happy. It turned out the glasses has been measured wrong. It’s now the tenth of March and my glasses are still at the manufacturers. This is not acceptable so I have made arrangements to be reembursed on my debit card tomorrow the 11th of March!”
