“Looks like it may be still working in ten yrs time. Has a design flaw though. It comes with a fancy tool to screw the base on the jug real tight. Why because the motor drives left handed and the base screws on right handed. Found this out with initial cleaning. Fortunately just with water and a few drops of detergent. While finding out how everything worked suddenly there is water all over the bench. Yes the motor forces unscrewed the base to jar while the jar on the motor. Yes I had not used the tool to tighten the bits together. There was NO MENTION of this need in the instruction manual. You would have a better star rating IF the manual had warned me of the risk of my smoothie everywhere not wanted.”

“Placed an order for a pilates reformer and paid in full. Received an email the next day to say no stock, as the last one left is damaged, so they would refund my money (this seems to be a reoccurring story in reviews below, if only I saw before purchasing). Tracy (UK manager) promised my refund repeatedly for over 3 weeks. No money recieved. I emailed the owner Roger Atkins and line manager Adam, both have ignored my email and I have still not recieved a refund, nor a reply. They don't answer the phone I am.beginning to wonder if this is a scam company?! They took.my money, promise refund, but over 3 weeks later still no sign of it. This company is a disgrace. They are holding my money which they are not entitled to as they cannot fulfill the contract and are currently in breach of such. They appear to care least about customers. I would strongly advise you avoid this company and go elsewhere!”

“I had been researching under desk treadmills for many weeks. I came across Vitality4life and contacted them by email. I got an email back which was very thorough and helpful. The range of options for these items is mind-boggling because there are so many different options. I contacted the support line and had an excellent conversation with a very helpful staff member. I ended up buying the walkslim 610 treadmill and I'm very happy with it. I purchased it during an incredible sale at 60% off so very happy with the purchase price. The product itself is excellent. I've only had it a short time but it is exactly as described. Works very well as an under desk treadmill and can also be used as a jogging/running treadmill if you lift up the handle. Fabulous support by staff, excellent product and equally great price. Thank you very much.”

“The dehydrator was well packaged and was delivered within days of the order. It is exactly as advertised. Minimal setup was required. I followed the instruction manual and have had good results with lemon zest, lemon slices, bananas and tomatoes.”

“Excellent service. I placed my order for a dehydrator on Tuesday lunchtime, received multiple delivery tracking updates, and my order was delivered to rural South Island on Thursday morning. It doesn't get any better than that. All communication was through the efficient website.”
