“The 1 star if for their delivery. Appalling customer service. Bought a slow juicer, missing the brush and the juicer was not juicing properly. Informed them, they said it was a cheap one. Fair enough, returned the old one and demanded for a refund. That was where the trouble started. They stopped responding to my email. Thought maybe because of Covid 19 will give them the benefit of doubt. 3 weeks later nothing. So to test if they are working, bought the expensive juicer and it was delivered in 2 days time! Got in touch with them again, still no response for my refund. Luckily, I used PayPal to make payment. I only got my refund back because I used the resolution centre. Hope the new Juicer works well, if not will update this post, if it does, will include another star. In the future, I will stay away completely from them.”

“Vitality 4 Life table hydroponic indoor grow system is very good.The box is very well built,and the light is really amazing.110 individual l.e.d lights,spaced out equally,and although to look at one sees a nice,not too bright,white light,the light is actually made up of different wavelength spectrums,which are required by plants,to grow as they would if exposed to natural light.these invisible lights are made up of lights which are more red and purple in their true colour,but very cleverly not seen by the naked eye,but they are there.normally one would wear special glasses to view plants under such spectrums.the light can be lowered down when starting out and extended vertically so that it faces the plants as they grow taller.the tank is a nice 2 litre capacity and although it is silent when in operation,one could add an air pump and airstone,and place that in the tank to add oxygen to the roots, which all plants love.overall a very well made,well thought out and inexpensive indoor growing system which by being hydroponic,means quicker than grows and no mess.highly recommended by me.get growing.life is more fun with a Vitality 4 Life indoor hydroponic garden grow system.bring the outdoors into the kitchen,grow whatever you wish,and reap your own tended harvest.whats not to love.”

“I bought spare parts which did not fit at all. Send it back registered , money back guarantee will take up to one week according to the web page. Three weeks later still no refund was told finance department will pay you shortly nothing happens. Reported the company to pay pal for a refund as spare fits do not fit and therefore are not as described. Poor communication response never had trouble whilst dealing with this company in Australia.”

“I wanted the product sent to my address in Tenerife, but you do not deliver there. Neither does your Spanish business (which is even stranger). In the recent case, I had to sent it to my brother, and he will pay the postage to send it here. I will have to stop using your company and search for another that is capable of delivering to the Canary Islands.”

“Just purchased a food vacuum packing machine to replace a previous model. My initial opinion is that the quality is poor, its wasteful when sealing bags and the vacuum pump seems sluggish. Does the job but that's it's only good feature. Don't think it will last long enough to outlive it's 2 year warranty.”

“I could replace jsut the part of the juicer that broke and the new part fitted well since it was specified for amke and model not a one size fits all/ Arrived quickly and good value for money. I also found custoemr service very helpfu navigating finding it on the website. Excellent.”

“Ordered two parts for my Oscar 900. This was an expensive piece of kit and built to last. The Oscar had been upgraded so I ordered two parts. I needed a new mesh as mine exploded for want of a better word. In fairness to the Oscar it was my fault. I juiced a peach stone by accident when I got it first a good few years ago which probably weakened the mesh. Delighted to see that Vitality supply the parts. My original supplier did not. Painless process to order. Arrived in jig time. Thank you Vitality. I will order any juicer I need from you in the future.”
