“I purchased a Demo juicer and when it arrived the box and product was in perfect condition (Customer services had explained that all parts had been repair with the exception on the motor which is covered by a lifetime guarantee). I use the juicer daily, it juices hard and soft fruit/veg really well. The cleaning brush is really useful. Stringy veg e.g. celery and ginger can clogg the waste extractor port but it's really easy to clean. The video on the website doesn't show the strainer which is included being used, I always use it as I don't like any bits in my juice no matter how minimal. I have yet to try the other attachments but I'm looking forward to making my own nut butters and sorbets. I've recommended the juicer to friends and family.”

“Whilst I knew what item I wanted, I had to extensively describe the item and its function to you. You very quickly picked up on what I wanted, and so I could proceed to order my tamper. Thank you. It arrived promptly. The only thing that was slightly weird was the size of the box. The box has since become ahideaway for my feline friend. Thank you for a brill service. Sabine”

“I bought my Vital Max juicer in 2006 and it conked out recently (2017) whilst making a juice. The motor had 20 year warranty so I contacted Vitality4Life to see if I could get it fixed. They were SO helpful and made it easy to return my juicer to them to get it looked at by their technicians. After inspection, they told me it was not fixable and offered to replace it with a newer model as mine was no longer manufactured. WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have been prompt and friendly in their communication and solved my problem. I'm going to be telling everyone what a joy it was dealing with Vitality4Life and will continue to sing their praises for many more years to come.”
