Overpriced product for non-functional zipper twice.

Great products but I have returned a load of item,( and kept a load), however, i have yet to hear from customer service or receive money back. I have emailed, phoned, WhatsApp messaged, facebook messaged and yet still no response regarding returns and if it has been processed! A massive shame as it is quite a large order I am waiting for a refund for, also an expensive order that I have kept but this is likely to put me off buying in the future unless I receive some communication soon. I appreciate the company may have staffing issues but they managed to send out the product quickly. I would be very grateful for a response.

I liked the look of this coat/changing robe. I took a lot of time to decide. I was excited to receive. Arrived within 5 days. I was disappointed. The quality was not as I would expect. So I started a returns process. That went smoothly. Coat returned. Refund took 28 days to reach my account. In this day and age this is truly shocking. If it hadn't have been for this I wouldn't have left a review at all.

Quality of product not quite what I expected and it runs quite large. All of this is manageable, but went through a cumbersome return request process only to find it costs $68 to return by mail an item that costs $85, which makes no sense for me. I strongly urge overseas customers to inquire about return policy and cost before purchasing anything from Vivida. A waste of money and product for me. And never heard from customer service on this matter.

We advised that you did not need to send your order back by a courier but that we did suggest it was by registered post. The Linda wetsuit is lovely but unfortunately the design is not right. The zip is far too short and it is too difficult to take it off. Couldn't try it either wet skin which would make it even worse. It's also a shame that return are not free for such an expensive item so just to try it on cost me over £13 in shipment fees.

The Vivida poncho towel I purchased was very nice but I felt hugely discouraged by the fact a few days later I found the exact same towel for sale on Amazon for less than half the price and with free delivery and free returns. Paid to return this one and bought from Amazon instead! Also despite Vivida advertising that they offer free postage on their returns label they don’t, I had to pay for both delivery and return postage. Vivida customer service weren’t particularly helpful when I pointed this out. A bit ‘oh well’. Due to that I wouldn’t recommend buying direct from them, shop around, their products when bought direct from them are clearly overpriced.

Hi I purchased this item for my grandson who is 18 months old however, we had terrible trouble getting his arms into the premium baby poncho (0 3 years)after his swim class, to the point he began to cry with discomfort. Looks good but question the age/sizing?

I ordered the microfibre swim robe. Unfortunately the colours were not as expected. I thought it would be a lovely coral and pink but it was a purple and dark pink. However the quality of the robe was very good. With side slits to allow you to change inside.
