“I had a highly frustrating experience with Vlebazaar. I placed an order in June and mistakenly provided the wrong address. I promptly contacted their support to correct it before shipping, and they assured me it was fixed. However, the order still arrived at the wrong address, leading to its return to their warehouse.
To make matters worse, they promised a refund in their Vlebazaar wallet, which I requested to transfer to my bank account on August 13. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances of a 72-hour turnaround, it's now September 1, 2023, and I'm still waiting for the transfer.
Furthermore, in a separate order on June 29, I ordered a black product but received a red one instead. This inconsistency in product quality is concerning.
Their support has been nothing short of poor, and their return policy is dismal. I strongly advise against placing any orders with Vlebazaar based on my unfortunate experiences.”

Order ID: #2369163, but haven't received the product till date, I have been calling and requesting customer care regularly for my item delivery but every time they give me same answer that it will be dispatched tomorrow, also the do not respond properly, infect they answer rudely and disconnect the call as if they are favoring on me by answering our calls that too after waiting for long and now it is showing as refunded which is not happened actually, I can say with my personal experience this is an big Froud company cheating innocent people, do not purchase any item through this website...”

They didn't even respond my emails. On contacting their customer care, the line disconnects automatically after keeping on waiting approx. 20 minutes. In fact, I had a very bad experience.
