“I would advice all of you not to buy anything from this website. I had ordered for portable speaker and I was delivered with some random used and damaged speaker. It has been 7 days and they have neither replaced it with a genuine and ne product nor returned my money.”

Such a worst site and I suggest never ever ever buy anything from this . I had ordered a product and after 3 weeks when I called for the update, cooly they replied like 'product is unavailable' . And I cancelled the order , Its been one and half month I had cancelled the order and till now refund not received , Customer service is terrible , they have a standard reply that ' refund will come on friday' Not sure which friday......”

“Quite unprofessional startup I would say, don't think with such approach it will be survived in the long run. Seems they are operating their customer care on single mobile line and average waiting time is 56min and longest one which I experienced was 1hr 50min and that one I had to cancelled. They really need to upscale themselves on service excellence else market is mature enough and will decide.
For sure, recommendation not to indulge unless one has enough patience in this ever changing world and ready to waste their time on follow up which hardly turned into success.
