I promptly contacted their support to correct it before shipping, and they assured me it was fixed. However, the order still arrived at the wrong address, leading to its return to their warehouse.
To make matters worse, they promised a refund in their Vlebazaar wallet, which I requested to transfer to my bank account on August 13. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances of a 72-hour turnaround, it's now September 1, 2023, and I'm still waiting for the transfer.
Furthermore, in a separate order on June 29, I ordered a black product but received a red one instead. This inconsistency in product quality is concerning.
