“Order placed on 10th February, confirmation of order and payment receipt received the same day, however when i chaed with the site on 17th Feb, 24 there was no response. raised a ticket. in reply i get a message that payment has not bee received. Reverted with payment proof and confirmation email from them as well as fropm their payment partner. Therafter sent 5 reminders but got no response. Their customer care number keeps you on hold for eternity saying you are in que, but when your chance comes the ivr simply states that "Thank you for calling" and disconnects. finally i cancelled the order today, but got no response to my query on refund. This seems to be a fraud site. collect money and dont respond is their motto. i think i ghave lost my money to a fraud.”

Received a wrong old product.. when written for asking a return, team is asking me to use the wrong product for which they can give me 100rs refund (no details or link given to apply that)... When I said I want to return no further feedback from their end... And one more thing is, website is not updating the delivery completion in system only after which u can apply for a return... The delivery status updated for me when the return period is over... When called customer care, they are disconnecting the calll after we tell them about a wrong shipment.. please stay away from this site... They r laying a bait through ur browsing history showing no stock products in other apps as available here and when u order they send a wrong one & the drama continues...
