Even though I canceled my expired Vodacom contract,they still handed me over to MBD lawyers, took me a year to resolve ,they told me it was the fault of their 3rd party in call centre,not even an apology. Worst service provider in South Africa .Never deal with Vodacom ever.

Today I was assisted by Olinka and Tina at the V&A Waterfront store Cape Town, I am absolutely impressed by the amazing service displayed by these ladies. The patience and effort made an absolute difference to my customer experience and they managed to multi-task quite efficiently. Thank you again!!!
