Charging me about 3 times more for a deal I found with about 3 other providers. Been with them since 2014 and I am sick of them. Currently trying to cancel my pay monthly(rolling) contract and they are charging me 70 quid! Inconsiderate staff and a horrible company. Trying to squeeze me for more money as I am trying to leave! I'll be telling everyone to get as far away from this company as possible

Vodafone broadband is horrendous do not touch them worst broadband provider ever used constant drop of connection shocking customer service left after less than a month due to arrogance and shocking services

shame on Vodafone for it's very unprofessional. I have a 2 year plan on Vodafone and 8th.March will be the last day of plan. I planned to move to the another 12 month plan. I chat with Vodafone on livechat app. The guy told me I can move the old number to new plan just before 8th.March. I don't need to do anything. Today I've got my new vodafone sim card fome mobiles.co.uk (same as my first contract). I called them again but one lady named Eva told me I can't terminate this plan on 8th.March I have to give 30 days notice. what??? I have told them I want to terminate this plan and continue with a new plan. This is in the conversation log. She then said to me oh because you got the plan via the third party, so she can't directly transfer the number and terminate one plan when another one just get started. what's the logic? I have the right to terminate this contract and I have informed the first guy I want to transfer old number to new number. But this lady is trying play games. Never ever had a such feeling as been set trap and paying 2 contract for one month. I will leave Vodafone forever

Worst customer service ever. I upgraded my phone 2 weeks ago. I was offered a phone with no upfront costs. Fortunately I checked my account before the payment day and found out that vodafone would charge me £50 upfront fees. I contacted them through the chat and after a long conversation, I was told that the problem would be solved in 24 hours. 48 hours later nothing changed, I contacted them again and after another long and frustrating conversation someone told me that the issue would be solved in 2 hours. 24 hours later, nothing happened. I have been on the phone 4 over an hour trying to talk to a manager but the girl who was talking to me refused to forward the call to the so called manager. After 1 hour, the manager decided to do his job. He took the phone and said he could not do anything to help and that I should cal back in 24 hours. This is beyond ridiculous. Never deal with vodafone over the phone. always use the chat. At least you will have it all recorded for future reference. I have used O2, Virgin and EE in the past. They may not be perfect but none of them will be as disrespectful towards their customers as Vodafone. Unfortunately I'll be stuck with this guys for another 24 months. Stay away from them if still can.

Hola Vodafone, nunca en mi vida estaba tan decepcionado con una empresa como con #Vodafone. Doy el consejo a cada persona que trata con Vodafone que no comiteis el mismo error de contratar servicios por telefono y que siempre guardais todos los contratos por escrito. En mi caso me han vendido ya mas que una vez productos por precios diferentes de lo que tengo que pagar ahora mismo. Vodafone ha construido un sistema de descuentos y estrategias de engañar a sus clientes impresionante. Sus vendedores saben perfectamente como jugar con doble sentidos en relacion con descuentos para que yo como cliente tengo que pagar mas por sus servicios que acuerdado. Vodafone ademas ha creado un portfolio de ¨extra¨ servicios ¨gratis¨ que se activan automaticamente sin ningun consiemento. Para evidar extra costes tendras que observar las condicienes de tu cuenta diariamente que no voy a soportar mas. Al pricipio de nuestra relacion hace un ano y medio estaba convencido que hagais errores como cada provedor, pero hoy estoy convencido que habeis creado un sistema de manipulacion que usais para maximar vuestras beneficios. I applied for a new broadband. Each phone call and each time I was chatting with someone I was hearing something different. That I have to stay offline for a couple of days or not. Then the offer was for current subscribers. Then that I had to sign at one of their affiliates to get their cheap price. Finally as you can understand they told I can not have the initial price. And they sent me the router! I asked can I return it to a vodafone shop? Their answer was. Throw it to the bins! Environmentally responsible and serious company!

Vodafone has failed to cancel my monthly rolling contract last year May and kept charging me for services I did not use. There was many many written complaints I wrote to Vodafone and many pointless and expensive phonecalls with them. It took over 8 months to solve anything with them using Resolver as my support while my credit ratings has been badly affected too.Vodafone did not responded to any complaint letters and failed to call me back any time they promised they would. Even finiding any sort of solution with them was hard and dragging even though they recognized the mistakes they made.Unacceptable customer service!I would not recommend anyone using Vodafone as their Mobile broadband.

Vodafone ONLY care about money and they couldnt give a s**t about a customer, they read from scripts and they 80% of the time refuse to allow you to make a verable complatint

i will never deal with vodafone again. has to be the most uncaring money grabbing company i have dealt with. customer help team are rude, threatening and because i cancelled a direct debit with them after my contract had ended which my bank informed them. vodafone sent me a threatening letter they would set wheels in motion saying they will retrieve money i owed , which i didnt. i had no choice but to pay. they threatened me with black listing me with credit lenders and with baliffs for £55 which i did not owe them......disgusting and shameful.

Vodafone customer care agents are not trained adequately to handle basic consumer complaints and offer solutions. They just drop the call if they don't have an answer, further frustrating consumers. No one responds to emails either. I've taken to Twitter with my complaint but no solution in sight yet. It's been 3 days and yet Vodafone cannot seem to activate a SIM card. It's pathetic !

My contract had expired at the beginning of January so I rang vodafone to cancel this a few weeks ago. My contract is part of a business plan and my mum owns the other line. They began by telling me that she had three months invoices outstanding so were unable to cancel my contract even though it had expired on the 3rd Jan 2019. I told my mum this who was absolutely furious as she was completely up to date with payments and they had obviously got this completely wrong. My mum then rang them and sent them all the proof of payments to prove that this was incorrect information and they apologised and offered lots of freebies and said they would ring me back to apologise. After I still did not hear from them when they had promised to ring me, I decided to ring them again for the tenth time after two weeks of ongoing drama's trying to cancel my contract and my anxiety becoming progressively worse each time I rang from the frustration and someone telling me something completely different each and every time I spoke to them. I requested the final time to get my contract cancelled and this time the person I spoke to said he could not even find the date that I took the contact out, proceeds to keep me on hold for forty minutes and then after this tried to insist that it would not be acceptable to cancel my contract because I had taken it out in 2018. This is completely different FALSE information again as I purchased my iPhone 7plus when they were first released and took the contract out over two years ago and only took out a two year contract so how they managed to find this completely incorrect information I have no idea. After much more stress and another phone call ending in tears I have still not had anyone help me or be useful in anyway or resolve this. In conclusion Vodafone are THE WORST PHONE PROVIDERS on the planet, I would not recommend them to anyone ever. I strongly advise you stay clear of them at all costs, they have given me severe anxiety, stress & rinsed my money by not allowing me to leave a contact that has already expired through all fault and false information of there own. Nobody has a clue what they are talking about or communicates with anyone there. It is absolutely disguising customer service. The fact that they are a functioning business absolutely baffles me and I can not wait to see the other side of them.
