This is a newer company that is truly unique, what with their reusable aluminum bottles and their mostly aluminum refillable containers. They use all natural ingredients and stay away from sulfates while delivering a quality product that left me feeling clean and hydrated. Still, its around $30 for 30oz for each of their daily use products. However, I have found though that their washes lather well I don't have to use as much as cheaper washes. After a month of daily use, I haven't had to refill a single one of my travel size bottles. I also appreciate their sustainability as a company. The steep price for daily use products makes me say 3/5 for price, but for the quality and sustainability I add a star. Overall 4/5 for price.

Not a single product was damaged by shipping. I found that impressive considering I bought 4 of their refillable pouches. I got the travel kit with 4 travel size bottles of product and they came in a good looking, sustainable cardboard box filled with paper for padding. This may have sacrificed a little on presentation when opening the box but I appreciated the eco friendliness of the packaging as well as the security their packaging provided. Easily a 5/5 for packaging and shipping.

After receiving everything I was given an email to ask for what they could do better as a company. My shampoo bottle's pump was defective so I decided to test if they actually read the input from their first time customers. I typed up a lengthy response on my thoughts of their packaging and pricing and in the middle I mentioned the defective shampoo pump without asking for a replacement. I got a simple response to my input thanking me and a week later I received a working replacement pump. This means they not only care what their customers have to say, they are willing to insure quality customer service.
Overall I have to say I highly respect Volts mission, quality of product, and customer service. It's likely to get me to buy from them in the future despite their higher prices. 5/5 for Volt from this happy customer.”
“When I first ordered a mistake was made and an item was missed. I emailed about the issue and it was immediately resolved. I received a confirmation for the item I ordered being shipped before I was even responded to. I then ordered even more and they offered to send all the items at the same time without even having to ask. Amazing customer service and if you haven’t smelled the Outback scent for the beard balm, we’ll it’s amazing. I bought 10 more after my wife told me how much she loved it. Truly amazing commitment to excellence from this company, I felt heard and well cared for.”
