“Too good to be true? No way! I called Voltage about a grinder that was out of stock everywhere. The only places I could find it were up charging at least 10%. Called Voltage and was told there was no known lead time. 24 hours later I got a follow up call that they just so happened to get some in overnight. On top of that, Voltage offered free shipping, and even a discount for new customers. Honestly, I thought it might be too good to be true, and there was some mistake. Well, not even a week later, it showed up on my doorstep. Outstanding Voltage, can’t thank you enough for being so awesome!”

“Voltage often comes up in my searches for coffee accessories and this time they certainly didn’t disappoint. Not only were they stocked with a filter for my coffee/drinking water line that is hard to find sometimes, but they shipped my purchase out the same day, which means I won’t have any interruptions to my morning espresso routines. Perfecto! I will be going back to them regularly as the service was impeccable.”

Matt has been consistently responsive (within hours of my email), very transparent with the product details/availability; and always honest. This is one online merchant whose corporate mission statement is "To Build a Loyal Customer Base". Matt is amazing and dedicated in doing his best. He has proven himself multiple times to be an outstanding individual especially when I compare his organization with others in the same line of business. The website has an array of espresso/coffee products, accessories and parts supported with an accurate inventory status. Shipping is super fast! “I called about getting a new grinder for our shop and the person I spoke with (wish I remembered your name) was SUPER helpful in answering questions about different grinders. He was knowledgeable about how often different brands need maintenance, speed and efficiency, and the specs. I originally felt like I needed the e65s gwb from Mahlkonig. After speaking with him, I decided to get the e80 Supreme and canceled the order I placed through a different business for the e65. Great experience with Voltage and they'll be my first choice from now on.”
