“I haven’t yet received the product I ordered therefore my comments concern service. I had an efficient, expeditious, helpful and friendly encounter with Voltage (Matt) via email. “I’m reviewing the purchase and shipping process only since there has been no need for any additional service after the sale. I got a great deal from Voltage on a Ditting coffee grinder. They beat all other pricing and the grinder was shipped out the same day. It was delivered 3 days after the order was placed. Shipping was free and I didn’t have to pay tax since I’m out of state. What more could you ask for? They have what you need and excellent prices and service to go with it.”

“What I found with your customer service is that they were very open to hearing out my needs and very helpful with some feedback and helping point me in the right direction / didn't get the feeling I was being 'sold something ' ... more like...hey Im picking up what your putting down..and I think this would work great for ya.
