“Had a faulty battery delivered with my hedge trimmer. Emailed the help desk. New battery sent and received withing a couple of days. Even replying to emails as late as 10.30pm (not sure where they're based) Can't fault them. Yet to use the trimmer though....”

“The customer service at VonHaus was fantastic. I had an issue with a product I ordered. When I reviewed my product I detailed the issue I was having with it. I was contacted within 24 hours of writing the review and a replacement was sent to me. The replacement was damaged when I received it. When I contacted customer service again to explain this, another replacement was sent to me straight away. Unfortunately, I experienced the same issue with the product that I had originally experienced. I complained and asked for a refund as I was fed up by this point. The refund which was given to me straight away and without query. Sadly, the product I bought was not good, but the customer was super- courteous and swift.”
