“I love Voyage products and their on-line service is very good. They used to send post free for orders over £100 but unfortunately not any more and their delivery costs can be high which means I end up deleting some items from my basket!”

“Love my cushions from Voyage outlet which complement my new sofa. Great quality and really glow with the colours. Only slight complaint is that the photo shows the purple velvet backing and when they arrived they have teal velvet backing which isn't quite the same as my sofa teal velvet. I don't really mind but would caution that they are not as per the photo on the site! Quick delivery and very unfussy process to purchase.”

“Have to stop myself buying from the Outlet, I get addicted! Just bought 3 mirrors at ludicrously good prices, all make my rooms so much better, and brighter with the light reflection... (work wonders with F&B dark paints) Attached pics of Eternity taken in daylight show difference in the two available colours; amazing Gaia Snow mirror is not included, it is awaiting redecoration of the room!!”

“I have recently placed two orders for cushions. The first order was left in my neighbour's garden below the postbox. The second order was delivered to a housing estate two miles away. I only found out where it was when the householder put a photo of my full name and address on facebook. I then had to go and collect it. I e mailed Voyage customer service, got no reply, then e mailed again and was told the DPD driver was confused. What a pity. I loved the cusions and wanted to order more but I am afraid it will not arrive.”
