Customer service respond super fast and are there to resolve problems as soon as possible. I would like to thank Chelsea and Charlotte for their help with my issue. Delivery times are super fast. My absolute favourite brand. Quality of clothes is unreal and the fittings too.

Great customer service. I had ordered a pair of tapered sweatpants but upon receiving them I noticed a hole in one of the seams. All it took was a simple email and three days later I received a response from "Chelsea" from customer service reassuring me this wasn't standard of their products. She gave me the option of having a new pair sent to me or the option of receiving a gift card of equivalent value (I didn't even have to go through the trouble of returning the original item either). Overall happy with the experience I received.

Customer service is allright, but shipping went wrong, i have waited over a month now and haven't get it yet, but it's coming now. Thanks to Chelsea.

Sehr schnelle Antowrt und Problemlösung mit fehlerhaften Retouren! Selten mit Shops außerhalb Deutschlands so gute Kundenberatungen gehabt, sie geben sich mühe einen zufriedenen Kunden zu haben 👌. die bisherigen Produkte die ich besitze bereiten mir bekm trainieren große freude. Sind wie gewünscht eher Artikel fürs Gym.

Vanquish Fitness products are of excellent quality! Shipping was hassle free since i got all my packages on time and they have excellent customer support. There was one minor problem but upon emailing the company, the response was timely and immediately fixed. Vanquish Fitness has my support 100% and I will highly recommend their products to anymore!

I have been speaking to Chris from the customer service team. I had a slight problem with a pair joggers which Chris dealt with amazingly. The custom service is amazing! Fast responses and answers all of your questions. 10/10

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed in to change the size before the item was dispatched. Chris then got back to me very quickly and was able to amend my order for me. He was very polite and efficient and meant I could amend my order hassle free.

Ordered some shorts, which were a perfect fit. Has a slight issue, but this was quickly and efficiently delt with by customer service. They were super friendly and made the whole process stress free. It honestly makes a huge difference having the support the other end of the keyboard. Especially when they just want to look after you and have your best interests at heart.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ if you are thinking of purchasing product from this company. I ordered 4 items from Vanquish Fitness which happen to be too small (completely MY fault). I contacted customer service the exact same day I received my items for an exchange in product. According to their policy as a customer, if you are looking to exchange product or receive a refund it is mandated (we do not yet offer a free returns service, so you will need to cover return postage cost) that the customer pay for return shipping. After communicating with DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS I was estimated a quote between $100 - $150 to resend my apparel back. At this point, I could not justify resending my apparel back for almost more than what I paid ($140). I again, contacted customer service notifying them that time was limited as I was hoping to support their company by wearing there apparel at an event from August 3rd –August 10th which brings in approximately 1 million people from all over the world. I received a response informing me that they could use DHL collection which would cost me around $25. Charlotte (customer service) sent me a link informing me “Please can you let me know once this has been paid, so we can arrange a collection?” She requested that I let them know which address DHL collection could pick up the apparel and that they required a 4 hour time slot Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. I went ahead and paid the collection free, sent them my info and heard nothing for approximately 4-5 days. After hearing nothing I contacted customer service yet again notifying them payment was sent along with info (Vanquish Policy notes “items need to be returned within 14-days to be entitled to a refund” – at this point I wanted a full refund no exchange due to inadequate customer service). Well today, I had the opportunity to receive an email from customer service notifying me that a collection date was booked as requested on Wednesday August 7th. FYI, this date selection was not given as an available option as I would be at the event I was HOPING to wear their apparel. Yet again, I contacted customer service (Charlotte) regarding this matter. Well, I just received an email back from customer service requesting me to ask a friend or family member if they could be present for this cannot be rearrange. So, due to their mistake in comprehending my email it appears that I suffer the consequences with either finding someone to be available (for a 4-hour time slot) or take another loss on top of my original order. Personally, I wish I would have read others reviews as it appears customer service is HORRIFIC when it comes to exchange in product or refund. As a business, one would think customer service and satisfaction would always be priority not looked into when negative reviews are written. I have tried extensively to be very open minded with this company, but at this point as a customer I’m dissatisfied with their customer service and cannot justifying purchasing their product in the future.
