“Ordered 2 shirts for my up coming holiday. There was some kind of mistake during dispatch from warehouse and for unknown reason I only got the other one. Contacted to Vanquish customer service and got fast respond from there and after couple emails my missing shirt was already shipped and came from UK to Finland just in couple days! Thats what I call good customer service. Thanks Charlotte!”

“Ive always loveeee this brand. Its uniqueness. Its name. How good i look in it . The only thing is i need more designs. More stocks. More promo. Ive been buying in bulk alot. Thats how much i love it Btw Chelsea the officer incharge. Shes very helpful too. Always on task in terms of fast response and in times when ive had wrong orders. Thank you. Amazing team.”

“If you are from Canada, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a joke, they are making their customers pay $20 for returning items, what the hell!!!! Pathetic customer service. If could give this company -5 stars, I would. Quality of clothing is cheaper than Walmart. Do not order for them!!!”

“Made an order and the item came with a hole in the pocket. Everything about the item was perfect, contacted them as I thought this would just be me getting the bad one of the batch however I was reassured that they have not had this before and they completely apologise. Their service was outstanding and i could not thank Chelsea enough. She has helped me with providing a gift card for the full amount. This has definitely not put me off and I will be using them again and will be recommending this company to family and friends ☺️”

“Vanquish has INCREDIBLE customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea. She was super quick and knowledgeable. My package had gone missing (or stolen) and they ended up sending me a brand new package plus the expedited the shipping.”
