“This is my very first time ordering from vanquish. Although I had an issue with a pair of joggers I ordered, I still am enjoying the cloths and Charlotte from customer service was able to help me and resolve my issue the same day I contacted them about said issue. Thank you for the amazing cloths and the awesome customer service Charlotte!”

“Superbe expérience d’achats, un service client très à l’écoute qui n’hésite pas régler les soucis de manière très professionnel. Dans mon cas, mon article reçu n’était pas en très bon état... mais Chelsea, mon conseiller du service client a su trouver une solution à mon problème. “Purchased there for my partner and he loves them the quality is really nice, super soft and the fit is lovely. He did get a couple of smal holes in the joggers but the customer service was amazing they replied really quickly and sent him a gift card to get some new ones without having the hassle of sending the old ones back! Would recommend 😄”

“First of all, amazing product and I am in love with it no doubt! Even better than the product itself, was the customer support. I had ordered 2 joggers and one of them was wrong size, so I reached out for customer support. Chelsea was so sweet and professional, I had never came across with such a good customer service, she sent a new one under 24h for me. Thank you Chelsea and thank you Vanquish Fitness! I will be ordering all my gym apparels from here from now on. I love it! 😍”

“My experience with vanquish is very good. After my first delivery, my ordered pants broke. After contacting customer service, they offered me a good alternative. I received a new product and this was delivered with an urgent delivery. The handling went very smoothly and a satisfied customer added!”

“First time buying from Vanquish, so far I have found them to be not bad overall as a brand. Customer service is kind of strange. I had 3 customer service representatives help me. Chris, Charolette, and Chelsea. The first response was from Chris, second response from Charolette and my final response from Chelsea. The response from Chris to Charolette was kind of annoying, as Charolette wasn’t too helpful and seemed to not read the previous message from Chris and I. I found Chelsea to be very helpful and quick to resolve my issue. I had a defective/faulty item sent to me and she made it easy for me to give them another chance. In terms of clothing, their leggings and top for women are pretty comfortable. Their joggers for women were not bad either but not the greatest thing I’ve worn. Im used to the comfort of gymshark’s clothes but wanted to give vanquish a try. I’m not sure how exchanges or returns work, whether they’re free or not so that’s one thing to keep in mind.”

“My favourite brand, also they have such great costumer service, I had a small issue with my order, and Chelsea the costumer service agent was so quick to reply to my email, and she helped me through my issue and solved the problem in no time, great costumer service and great premium quality outfit.
