“I ordered a tank an got a tshirt in the end. I immediatly talked to the customer service and they helped me out so fast. I appreciate the Kindness and would order again at vq. I thank you a lot Charlotte.”

“Got the pair of pants I ordered fairly quickly. But they had a hole in one of the pockets. I emailed VQFIT and Chloe responded so fast and helped me out with a new pair of sweatpants. Very happy with my purchase and with the service. Worth all the money.”

“First order with vanquish and I didnt receive all the products I ordered. Thankfully after talking to the customer service they were able to solve the problem very very fast, you can trust the quality of the brand, and the quality of the delivery as it was very prompt. They replied to me really quickly and notified me how they would resolve the problem. Thank you for your help Charlotte :)”

“Initially my order had been delivered incorrectly but Once I made Vanquish aware they were pro active in responding to my email and managed to solve the miscommunication with the delivery within 48 hrs. The service I recieved from them after they understood the error was great and I would like to say thank you to Charlotte for helping me get it sorted. The clothing fits great and I will be buying from them again in the future. Delivery was also very prompt :)”

“I live in the U.S. and discovered the Vanquish brand over a year ago. The fashionable look cause me to make my first order, but it is the quality and fit that keeps me coming back. The customer service is excellent. Items are received within a few days in quality packaging. When I needed to make a return for size the process was simple and clean easy. I travel 80% of the time all over the world. These items are comfortable fir travel and helps keep my stylish look.”

Without any struggle she then made sure I got the right T-shirt. Thank you! “This company was excellent when it came to helping me when one of my orders was misdirected in the post. My thanks especially to Charlotte who kept me fully informed with up to date information on the whereabouts of the order. Once I was able to confirm the item had not been delivered to my address, Charlotte arranged for a new delivery to be dispatched immediately once she had proof of me not having received my order. Its obvious the company and their customer services department value their customers, I will continue to do business with Vanquish Fitness in the future James - Cumbernauld Glasgow”
