“Amazing customer service. After the courier lost my items by delivering them to what I suspect was a different address and marked them as lost. Charlotte arranged for my items to be reshipped with express delivery to make sure they arrived in time for Christmas. Charlotte always provides the best customer service, couldn't recommend her more.”

“Placed An order from the Netherlands. delivery from england to the netherlands was fast. super friendly customer service and quick response to emails. pants were size too small. these can be exchanged and processed quickly to the correct size. especially my thanks to Chris for the super service”

“I placed an order for a few Christmas gifts (and a little something for myself). The checkout and shipping process was all very easy and I received my package in a timely manner. It took no more than 3 days for my package to arrive. I was a little disappointed upon opening the package because I saw that only 2 of the 3 items I’d ordered had been sent to me. I emailed the company the same day to alert them of my missing item. Customer service representative, Charlotte, was amazing and quickly addressed the issue. She promptly collected some info from me and shipped the missing item out. Thank you for the great customer service, Charlotte.”
