“Products are 50/50. I have received half my items with no damage, while the other half with damage such as tears, fading, or discoloration. Customer service was not extremely helpful as they continued to tell me to feel free to return items. They did not in fact notify me that these items would be refunded but not the international shipping costs. So essentially what they refunded me I paid for shipping and I was given no help by them following that. The refund took over 3 weeks to get, in fact it took nearly 6 weeks to be refunded 1/8th of it and the remaining 7/8th remains unrefunded, which they said it has been processing (for the last 4 weeks that I've asked). Mind you, this was after I emailed them to let them know my items still had not shipped, and they couldn't explain why except that it was an error on their side. So they finally shipped the items 3 weeks after I ordered (not back-ordered items at all).”

“The quality of the clothes is amazing, they wash well and aren’t see through. Customer service has always been good, and delivery/refunds have always been done promptly. Bought a few clothes before and will continue to :)”

“I got pants for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved them as well as the rest of our stuff we got together. He had a bit of an issue with the pants and omg Charlotte was unbelievable in her response time with me as well as a great resolution. I’m a huge believer in the value of a company is their customer service and from this experience, their customer service is ON POINT! I love it and will be a life long customer as long as I’m in the gym (hehe)”

“Sent an item back as it was too small and within days of sending they have already refunded me my money and emailed to be in touch with saying so, love this company cant fault them :) Chris who got in touch with me couldnt have helped more.”

“VqFit clothes are of a very high quality, pleasant to wear for sport or simply for the pleasure of comfort. The delivery is relatively fast for an international transit (UK-France) and the customer service (I spoke with Charlotte as a advisor) was efficient and relevant. A very good brand!”

“My son loves Vanquish gear, so I bought him a pair of sweatpants for his birthday. Unfortunately, a hole ripped in them after 3 days, but Charlotte was unbelievably helpful in resolving the issue - great customer service!”
