“I have ordered many products from Vanquish as the quality is second to none, however my last set of joggers had a small issue with the zip not working. Chelsea who dealt with the issue was amazing, the communication was great and the problem was sorted in a couple of hours. Big Thanks Chelsea :-)”

“Just ordered from this fitness clothing line and I am excited to see what quality of clothes it is. I wanted to pick something different from Gymshark and I believe this is a great alternative. I'm located in the US and it will come from UK. I hope to one day become fit enough to be sponsored by them. Cloe and Chelsea at vanquish were a great help to me due to some items running out and they promptly replaced it with no difference in charge. I look forward to wearing and trying out the clothes when they arrive. I will update this review after!”

“This company literally stole my money This company literally stole my money . I bought a pairs of joggers back in December and I return them by certify post and I know they got the package back three weeks ago. I contact them twice nobody have contact me back . I gonna write a full review in google with pictures and everything I have !”

“I returned 2 items for a size exchange. I used the post offices first class signed for service. After a week I hadn’t heard anything so I sent an email to query. Charlotte got straight in touch with me firstly to apologise and then simply requested a copy of my post office receipt. Once I sent this, within 24 hours my exchange was on its way to me. I found Charlottes customer service excellent. This is the first time I have had to query anything, as all my orders and return exchanges with Vanquish have always been straight forward with no hassle at all. Thank you Charlotte, and thank you Vanquish.”

“I ordered a product from Vanquish Fitness 5 days ago (https://www.vqfit.com/) but I was informed that the product is out of stock. I was notified very quickly about the product by VQFIT Support (my advisor was: CLOE) if I want another product instead or if I want a gift card in the value of the product. VQFIT offers you several solutions, not only one. From VQFIT you can order without worries, your money will not be lost as it is lost on other FITNESS WEAR sites. VQFIT has a very good support and the package always reaches your home.”

“They do not return the money Good quality clothing, but customer service is terrible, there is no exact description of oversize clothing. the customer has to pay for the return of the Clothing himself and, in addition, they do not return the money :( Claim submitted to the bank”

“This is the third time I have ordered from Vanquish Fitness. The clothing is well made and very stylish- I get lots of compliments. My most recent order contained an item that was ultimately out of stock. VQ provided timely customer service, a gift card for the value of the item that was out of stock and a return of my shipping costs. I appreciate the excellent customer service and will continue to shop with Vanquish and promote your brand to my gym friends!”

“Chelsea and Chris handled my queries very well, and also looked after me as I placed large multi orders. Thanks very much, quality of the products are very good, will be back as some things were out of stock and they weren't able to exchange everything, thanks again”
