“I emailed Vanquish about a faulty product and what the options were for a refund etc. An advisor (Chelsea) got back to me really quickly and resolved the issue, giving me multiple options. Really quick and professional service!”

“Vanquish Fintess hereby receive the best recommendation from me, as customer. I bought in September the Christmas present to my boyfriend, unfortunately the first things there happens when he tried the sweatpants, they crack at the logo. Perfectly service, fast reply and very kindly service - now new sweatpants are on the way for me - without extra costs. Top quality and nice products.”

“I ordered on the Friday and requested a 1-2 day delivery. 5 days after order o get in contact and I am told it will be delivered within 24-48 hours of then so 6 or 7 days late, I was annoyed but moved on. A day later I receive an email saying a top I ordered was no longer in stock and could I find an item of the same value or they could give me a gift card to the value. I went to look only to discover all the tops of the same colour has mysteriously gone up by two pound. Clearly they where shipping to order and didn’t have the stock to meet orders. So I kicked up a fuss and they covered the difference only now this had further delayed my order so now I am sat here 10 days after placing my order with no order still. Only to have them bribe me for a review with a £10 gift card. Hideous service awful help wouldn’t recommend”

“Chris, was brilliant! No job was to big, Super efficient for such a busy time of year. Processed my returns within hours of receiving so I had them back working a timely manor. The best quality workout wear I’ve had in a long time. The fit of items I’ve ordered was flawless I can’t wait to have the others back. Fabulous clothing fabulous brand Chris, was brilliant!
