“I ordered an XL that was too big I’m 230 lbs 5’8” BF 12%. I exchanged for a smaller size L. Only drawback is they don’t cover shipping and I live in USA so it costs $24.00. Thankfully the issue was resolved and I received a discounted order On my next purchase.”

“I wrote to customer services as my sweatpants had developed a snag above the logo only after having them a couple of months. I really liked them, especially the great fit and quality, so was surprised when this happened. Plus, I had bought from Vanquish before and had no problems with the quality of the clothes whatsoever. Charlotte in customer services was very helpful and prompt with her solution to resolve the issue, with no fuss. Vanquish is now going to send me a new pair of these great sweatpants. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you!”

“Spoke to Charlotte from Vanquish Fitness and no only was she polite and kind, she promptly replied to my query about shipping. This is my first time shopping with them and I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service and in particular with Charlotte. Can't wait to get my gear, but based on customer service alone I will def. shop there again.”
