“Return was a simple process, although pricey if returning items from the United States. Cost was about $80. VQ doesn’t yet have return postage assistance for exchanges or returns.”

“It was truly disappointing that the initial staff Chelsea, took 5 months for the trouble to be solved whereas Charlotte, only took a day to solve the problem with satisfying recommendations. If you have any troubles with the item, I highly suggest Charlotte.”

“I bought 4 pieces during the sale period. I understood that it would take time because it was shipped overseas, but the contents of the package I received were only three. When I emailed that one of the items I received was missing, I immediately received a reply asking me to send a picture of the item and bag I received from Charlotte. As soon as I emailed the photo of the missing one and the bag, she prepared for additional shipping. Charlotte is grateful for the kind response to my poor English email.”

“Wrong item delivered. Despite stating a 24/48hr response to emails, got a response a week later (after second email). However, Chris dealt with this error swiftly and has corrected the order. He also offered a good will gesture. Good service overall”
