“Chelsea was great. She responded quickly to my inquiry, and made sure I was satisfied. I originally purchased W.U.P. pants to work out in. They fit so well I only wear them when I go out because I don't want to get them dirty at the gym. I might need to order two of each. One just for the gym.”

“I received a pair of leggings which ended up being faulty and ripping when wearing them. I contacted the customer service team and Charlotte helped me by offering me a gift card of the price of the leggings I had received or to be sent another pair of the leggings which I felt was sufficient for dealing with the problem. The response from customer service was very quick and efficient and dealt with my issue accordingly. I love this companies products anyway as I have bought goods from them before and didn't want this one thing to tarnish my idea of them. Thankfully, with the quick response and resolution, this has meant my trust has been restored in the company.”

“Their customer service was great. I received a wrong item compared to the item I ordered. So, I contacted the customer service team for help. Eventually, I couldn’t receive the original item since it was out of stock. However, Charlotte from the customer service team responded very kindly providing several options to solve the problem which was great.”

“Hello, I would like to thank Jordan from the vanquish customer service, he solved all the problems with my order. I would advise to take the paid delivery for the French destinations to avoid the problems and for a faster delivery. I am now waiting to receive my stolen items through the delivery service thanks to Jordan”

“The fabric of the sports gear is very nice, and soft. There was a little flaw in one of the pieces and put a request in customer service. They were very friendly and it got quickly resolved, I will definitely purchase again! Thank you to Charlotte of customer service of helping me so well in so little time! :)”

“Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt, welcher einen kleinen Fehler hatte. Ich habe morgens um 08:00 Uhr eine E-Mail zum Kundenservice verschickt. Nicht ein mal 2 Stunden später bekam ich eine Rückmeldung. Mir wurde angeboten, dass ich einen neuen Artikel bekommen könnte oder einen Gutschein erhaltet. Die Versandkosten wurden auch übernommen. Sehr schneller und einfacher Kundenservice! Sehr zu empfehlen!!”
