“The costumer service is excellent. I was in contact with Chelsea and she was so friendly and helpful. The problem was solved very fast and I’m completely satisfied with the solution. Don’t worry if there is any problem the VQ is very helpful und fast! Thanks again”

“As always Chelsea answers quickly and offers a fitting solution. I ordered sweatpants of which one of the seams seemed to be faulty. I expected a lengthy procedure with sending it back, having it repaired and waiting to receive it back. The answer I got was; we're very sorry for the inconvenience. You can either have a gift card for the amount of the sweatpants (including shipping) or we can send a new one right away. In either case I didn't need to ship the faulty one back. That means I can have it fixed and get a new one too. Great service.”

“I already love this clothing after the first experince, which wasn't perfect though (one piece of my order was missing from my delivery bag) but it got solved surprisingly fast after reaching the support and thanks to quick response from customer service I've been reshipped my missing piece within few minutes after nice talk with Charlotte”
