“I deleted my email which contain a giftcard. I message vqfit on fb. Chelsea was super helpful she forward my giftcard email promptly. This is the 2nd time I reached out to vqfit. Their customer service is great and they have a product warranty too”

“I didn't give Vanquish fitness 5 stars (however their clothes deserve 5 stars) I had to do a return and after several e-mails and over 3 months I finally got a rep that was able to resolve the issue. I take in exchange students from Europe and they like this brand of workout clothing. I gave them 4 stars because it took so long to get it resolved. Had that happened right away they would have gotten 5 stars. Just make sure you order the right size so you do not have to do a return. I am really happy to finally get the matter resolved. I am happy with the final outcome.”

“I had ordered a pair of pants. The first time I wore them they unfortunately tore at the seam. I contact Vanquish to let them know what happened. Chelsea was quick to respond and offered to give me a gift card or order the same pair of pants. She even covered the cost of shipping for my gift card. I am very happy with the customer service she provided!”
