“Items are always delivered quickly with excellent tracking and communication. I recently had to exchange a pair of sweatpants for a larger size and thanks to Chelsea in Customer Service the process was seamless. Great service and great products!!!”

“I ordered 2 pairs of leggings when I saw this brand and was so excited to receive them! Shipping was much faster than I expected! One pair I received was in perfect condition and fit amazingly well! The other pair had a hole right inside the crotch. I was so sad but after contacting the company Charlotte responded quickly and helped me find a solution! I love the products and the customer service was amazing!! Thank you so much VQ Fitness!!”

“Customer service is great, thanks to Chelsea, the customer service manager. Delivery time was a bit on the slow end, 15-20 days (Norway), and finding tracking information was difficult too, as I had to contact VQ Fitness in order to find the correct adresse. Would recommend!”

“I bought 2 pants and a hoodie from VQ. They look great but unfortunately the pants stiching was faulty so i made a reclamation. The reclamation was handled well by Chelsea and i received a gift card as compensation. I bought the same pants with the card and upon receiving i noticed the same fault. Once again reclamation was handled great and i received a gift card. The clothes look and feel great but the quality just doesnt seem to match the price range, atleast not in my case. Perhaps this was just a temporary fault in production. Customer service etc was handled great though!”
