“The products will not disappoint. However it took nearly four months for the shipment to arrive. I got in touch with them earlier to ask about my shipment and they were on to it. They sent out the same product free of charge and it arrived over a week later. However, my original one that i had ordered arrived a couple of days earlier. I will say that if the delivery is taking longer than a month, get in touch with them immediately. They will prioritise resending it quicker.”

“I had a problem with one of my delivered items and so reported it back with photos to the customer services department. I received an email back very quickly (the next day) with an apology & an offer of a refund or a credit note. I happily took the second option and I was very pleased with how I’ve been dealt with by Charlotte, who was very apologetic and seemed very happy to help me. Many thanks to her! Very pleased with the service and hope to get a replacement pair of trousers very soon.”

“Vanquish Fitness is the best gymwear I've ever seen. They always values every customer. Also, when a problem arises, it tells me the problem quickly and tells me how to fix it. I placed more than 10 orders over two years, and this time I first had a problem called "stock problem", which was quickly resolved by Charlotte constantly mailing me. I am sad that the products that were released in the past are rarely restocked, but I will always wear vanquish for gymwear.”

“I ordered a garment that was too big for me. I emailed to enquire about the returns procedure and I was dealt with very quickly and effectively by Chris. The problem was resolved very quickly and I could be happier with the service!”
