“I wish I had read all the reviews about Vanquish Fitness (Google, trustpilot ..) before I agreed to buy from this online company. My son insisted on it and because it was his birthday I relented. Social media has influenced my son's generation and unfortunately we have fallen prey to their scam. I paid to return 2 items as they weren't fit for purpose and quality is sooo poor. That was 10th May. First they lied about not receiving it. Then they said they haev credited me and it should be in mmy bank account. Then they said it's a store credit or exchange which was emailed to me, but then said it was emailed to the wrong email. Huh? So many excuses and lies. Crux of the matter is, I still haven't got my money back. They might just keep doing this to different customers and then close down their business and all of us will be shortchanged. This is the worst company I've dealt with. And this is why I am wary of small businesses. While the owners (Oliver Maloney and Ruben O'Brien) should be applauded for being young entrepreneurs under the age of 30, they should know this is not a way to run a business which is only 4 years old. Well, the can continue to run it this way if they con artists, or don't want their business to succeed. I do really hope they will respond in some ways because their reviews so far have been awful.”

“Like other customer here I’ve tried to request a refund on multiple occasions , even sent photo evidence of confirmed delivery and return package. No response , they are STEALING consumers money thinking no one will follow up or take it further. They are wrong!”

“4 months have gone by and have not received one pair of leggings ordered. I was sent a 'tracking number' and dispatch notification however Australia post confirmed this tracking number doesn't exist/never arrived in the country. My email was responses to after a few months and I requested a refund. They did not address the refund at all and offered to send the item again. Another month has passed with no dispatch notification even this time. I'm very surprised their Instagram account isn't being spammed, they must be quick to delete angry comments.”

“Customer service is bader than bad. Complaints sent by e-mail are not responded to, even after repeated contact. The quality of the clothes is very bad! Don't touch it!”

“never buy from them. Faulty item and poor customer services Received an item that was faulty. Emailed photos of the fault. They offered stored credit which I accepted as didn’t want to have to pay myself to send them back and thought could order different item from them. Weeks have gone by and no voucher issued. Very slow response to emails. Finally responded saying they were sending a new item which was not what was originally agreed”

“Tried to return an item. They weren’t there when it was delivered. They never then attempted to collect the item from Royal Mail. Very slow response to emails. Item got returned back to me by Royal Mail. Product was faulty with poor stitching.”

“customer service? What customer service! I sent clothes back over a month ago to get a refund and even though i have a signed tracking number that says they have received it i cant get my money back! I have sent email after email, fb messages after fb message. Even my GF has tried and still NOTHING! I am out of pocket by £90!”

“Ordered the Seamless Khaki Leggings in a medium. Turns out they were a little too big so I contacted the customer service email address as soon as I received the leggings in the mail. I got one email back from them explaining I could return them, but only if I paid the shipping myself. They quoted me £20 just to return them which equates to about $35 CAD. I asked for the shipping label and I never received a response. This was over one month ago and I am still left with a pair of leggings that I am unhappy with and will never wear. Horrible customer service!!!!!”

“Avoid!!! Quick to take money and send out the item but their sizing isn’t always right and you have to pay for there listed sizing being wrong to send the item back, it’s been a month now and I’m only just getting an exchange apperantly according to an email.... joke company... joke customer service... and I have bought a few times off them before this... never again”

“Slow delivery- look nice but as soon as they are on under gym lighting they are super see through. Go to do a squat and you may as well have gone to the gym naked. Absolute waste of money even though I read loads of good reviews for the brand before I bought and thought I was making a well informed decision. I've just gone to return these only to find out that because I bought these in the sale (still cost £35 with £5 postage!) that I can only get store credit for my return. I don't want store credit for a brand who's quality is this low! Ive emailed to query this and they will do nothing to change it. Awful experience and gutted I have to purchase anything from this brand just to get some of my money back from this mistake. DO NOT SHOP WITH VANQUISH!!!”

“Appalling customer service! Only get 10 days to return item but they can take as long as they like to process an exchange! Been waiting nearly 3 weeks. Emailed and sent Messenger, either no reply or told they need more time?? How long does it take. Will be visiting Citizens Advise shortly if nothing happens. Will never buy from them again. Terrible”

“Considering how a lot of fitness pros promote this brand, I was very excited to order from here for the first time. QUALITY IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE! I expected a much higher quality style of legging, instead I got something that felt like leggings I could order off of Wish.com. The material looks like it’s see through, easy to snag and will get holes easily along the seams. Incredibly disappointed! Will not be ordering from here again.”

“Great clothing but by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. They sent me a defaulted item that the stitching was completely off. They told me to take a picture send it in and if they would replace the item they take weeks to email me back and they still have not replaced the item. It's a shame because I buy a lot of stuff from them but I will not be shopping with Vanquish anymore because of this issue”

“I bought a set of leggings and a jogger for my husband. First, the jogger's size chart is completely incompatible with the size of the pants, and second, my seamless legging came in defective!!! The pants are defective exactly where the logo is and it seems they attempted to hide it, however, it looks like the pants were ripped and the tried to put it together with the logo! CRAZY! I've emailed them TWICE about the issues I had with my purchase and have not even received a reply!!! I was super skeptical purchasing from this brand and now I know they are a complete JOKE!!! Don't waste your money!!!!!”

“Ordered one of their items which was lost and not delivered to me. Any reputable company would send a replacement because they know the customer would not be able to recover the item however customer service basically told to go f*** myself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THERE ARE MANY OTHER BRANDS OUT THERE WITH BETTER QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE!”

“I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience with vanquish fitness. I ordered ONE pair of leggings and I am going on almost 2 weeks and still no leggings. I ordered them on January 24th, it is now Febuary 4th. I emailed checked FAQ and it said 2-4 days for US shipping, found a different area on the website that said 5-7 days. Got a text the day after my order confirmation and said it was “on the way!” And then after over a week I emailed and was told 10-15 days.. I find it extremely disappointed to have to wait over 2 weeks for one order of ONE pair of leggings when I’ve ordered multiple pairs of leggings from Fabletics and they reach my house within a week, maybe a little over. Not to mention my order total came out to $27 with shipping and then after checking my banking I was charged over $36 which still isn’t bad for a pair of workout leggings but still isn’t really nice to be lied to about pricing. I would give this 0 stars if I could.”
