“The tracking information wasn’t sent to me. I had to email customer service, but once I emailed them they reached out to me with kindness and my tracking information . “There was some information about free shipping to Europe on the website, that wasn’t corresponding, when i wanted to check-out my purchase. So i sent an e-mail with some questions. Within 24 hours i had a response that they would refund the shipping of my purchase if I bought for that amount (like the website said). They took the feedback and let IT check it out. I am really pleased with the fast response and the service quality. I was helped by Chelsea”
