I ordered merchandise on Jan. 30 but have not received it as of March 17. They have refused to credit my account.

Item ordered came up ridiculously small and the quality wasn't good. The returns process took a long time and the company is very unfair, charging £6 for return postage, this was way more than the actual cost of postage and stuck me as a scam. I ended up arranging my own postage for the return which was considerably cheaper but this took more time and effort. I'm future I'll shop elsewhere.

I used to love Vanquish Sport Clothing because they had amazing quality, great fits, and stylish designs. However, lately, the quality has gone downhill. The fabric now feels cheap, and after just one wash, my clothes are covered in those annoying little fabric balls (pilling). It’s frustrating, especially for the price they charge. On top of that, there’s been no update in designs or variety. It feels like they’ve stopped caring about innovation or keeping their customers excited about new releases. It’s disappointing to see how far they’ve fallen from the high standards they once had. I used to be a loyal customer, but at this point, I’m not sure I can trust their products anymore. I hope they take this feedback seriously and bring back the quality and creativity they were known for.

Vanquish Fitness: A Cautionary Tale The epitome of poor quality meets abysmal customer service. Their t-shirt and shorts are remarkably substandard, with construction quality that would embarrass budget retailers. The company’s approach to customer service is nothing short of contemptuous – ignoring emails until PayPal intervention forced their hand. Their “hassle-free returns” policy is laughable, requiring customers to pay exorbitant shipping fees back to the UK. This experience ranks among the worst in online retail, with Vanquish demonstrating a masterclass in how not to run a business. Save yourself the inevitable disappointment and frustration – avoid at all costs. Rating: 0/5 - Absolutely abysmal

I send back two Hoodied without tracking number. Vanquish says they never received them. So i paid nearly 100€ for nothing. I was a regular costumer and paid a lot of money for the clothes. After that i would find a compromisse for example half of the refund or a discount whatever. But they did nothing. So never order something from another country.

I ordered tracksuits from this company based on their appealing website. However, upon receiving them, I was deeply disappointed by the poor quality and ill fit, which were far from what was advertised online. I promptly returned the items via tracked delivery and filled out the returns form on their website. Despite confirmation of the items being received by them the next day, they have since ignored all of my emails. Now, nearly three weeks later, I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action to obtain our refund. I strongly caution potential customers to steer clear of this company at all costs.

I buy workout clothes quite often and don't shy away from relatively "premium" brands. But one thing that is consistent with these brands is a hassle free exchange policy. It's common for me to try a brand for the first time and exchange my first purchase until I find the right fit with the brand. I purchased 2 shirts as a trial. Both did not fit me well (one was a tighter fit (performance model) and the other was a loose fit (oversized model)). I should have read their return policy because it's now going to cost be $40 USD to return these 2 shirts that cost me $60. I decided to return and not exchange at all. Not worth the gamble to potentially exchange again. What a shame.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would. I ordered an item from their website back on 12/27 of 2023. It is no 2/20/2024 and ive still not received the item. I contacted them a month ago about the lost item & they did an investigation and said they would ship another item and send me a tracking number. Two weeks later i followed up because they never sent a tracking number & they told me they had to complete another investigation. I told them that i filled out the word document for a lost package and an investigation was done already and that they were supposed to ship the item again two weeks prior. The employee offered a gift card and just to reorder the item. I told the employee in email “ I will accept the gift card only if this item can be express delivered for free. If you cannot make that accommodation i will take the refund back on my original payment card” The employee replied “ the gift card will include the delivery fee” I accepted the gift card & find out, it still doesn’t include the delivery fee, no i have not gotten a response from their customer service team. This is the last time i ever order from Vanquish. The worst experience ive ever had from an activewear brand

SCAMMERS: These companies are so quick to take your money but when it comes to returning it that is another story. Customer service needs some serious work. It has been a month since I returned an item and I have still not received a refund. I have tried to reach out via email, no response. I am seeing stories being posted on there Instagram account so there is some sign of life, sent them a DM which no one responded to. I am now in the process of reporting them to trading standards.

Absolute WORST company I've ever dealt with! My order was never delivered and after 4 months of me following up via email and only getting back automated responses I had to refund my order. This company could have at the very least typed a personalized response and even pretended to care about their customer but instead they just kept saying it will be shipped in 48-72 hours for 4 months. My wife and I were loyal customers but we definitely will never buy from Vanquish again.

It's been a month since I made the purchase and it still hasn't arrived, I contacted them and they don't solve anything. I had to file a claim with PayPal. I'm glad I made the purchase through PayPal, otherwise I would probably run out of products and money

Worst retail experience ever ...... Possibly the worst retail experience I've had. Placed an order In November waited a few weeks and nothing arrived. Contacted customer service and they told me that they'd launch an investigation as when I placed the tracking details in it keep saying in transit. They said it would be a few days. I contacted them two weeks later to in January to chase up this up again, they said the item had been lost and they would reship. I contacted them on January 21 to ask for the new tracking order and details as it had been some weeks since they said they'd reshipped, they sent me the old tracking order details for the item that had been lost. The general incompetence at Vanquished is astounding. So three months to deliver a few items and incompetent customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere ......

Well I ordered, but I didn’t receive my items instead I received someone’s order. Several times I emailed service in dec and I was assured that my order would be re shipped. and still to this day no order received or email confirmation was sent.

One star is for good quality product,bad rating for all hidden costs related to shipping. If you are ordering from North America,be aware of the custom duties that's charged to the customer. The delivery costs and custom duties will end up being equal to price of the clothing bought.

I won't even give a star but it doesn't allow me to give a response without a star. I ordered 18 Nov and my order still hasn't arrived. My order is lost and I was promised that the order would be shipped. When I queried again, they informed me that there were items missing from the order hence the delay. No one informed me I followed up again for an expected ETA for dispatch and again I was told that it would be dispatched but no shipping details sent I have sent over 20 emails to try and resolve my order and now after my last 3 emails, no one is responding. I spent alot of money on the Black Friday Sale for terrible service. I hate leaving bad reviews but with no response what recourse do I have? There is no contact numbers and what seems like automated responses

Seriously Recommend Not Purchasing. Here's Why. Seriously recommend not purchasing, I'll tell you why. I'll add a star for Chelsea. So many errors from Vanquish. I've ordered lots of VQ clothing over the years but this experience was by far the biggest retail nightmare I've had. 1: Nov 24 Ordered. Automatic address finder produced wrong post code. Typing manual address seems to be overridden by the automatic address finder. 2: Chelsea from customer services seems lovely BUT the responses to emails are semi-automated. Appears that they see keywords in emails instead of reading the problem in full and replying with correct resolutions. 3: I gave the correct address, VQ Customer services confirmed re-delivery. Sound? 4: Day before delivery, I get refund issued and delivery is cancelled. Checked the FedEx tracker and the correct address was not even in the order. 5: Contacted VQ "Sorry here's 10% off next order".
