“Top-notch quality as usual from Vulcan. Bar is super solid. Fits perfectly in the j-cups on my Vulcan squat stand. Takes a ton of stress off the elbows (which is why I bought it--perpetual tendinitis in my elbows). It was also a lot of fun to feel young again like the first time you bench pressed and your arms were shaking like mad due to the novelty of the motion (in this case caused by the new grip angle). Would recommend to anyone, esp those with golfer's elbow.”

“I will have to give credit to www.garagegymreviews.com (GGR); I ultimately searched for cast-iron plates that were relatively within a 3% certainty margin in terms of mass. GGR was able to help me accomplish this by pointing me in the direction of Vulcan Strength. Considering that this was more or less my first experience investing in gym equipment, I wanted to invest in an American-made product. Being a veteran, I was pleased to discover that Vulcan Strength not only provided American-made products but was also veteran-owned. After several purchases, I can admit that I have no complaints with Vulcan Strength. All of my products got delivered to my location with no concerns. The cast-iron plates are very sleek, the bumper plates are great for what I needed them for, and I could not be happier with my purchase.”

“I purchased the 280 lb set. Haven’t used all the plates yet but the ones I have used for the past 3 WOD’s have eased the worry of the purchase in my mind. If your needing or wanting bumper plate, don’t hesitate in purchasing a set or just a couple pairs. Once you use them your going to ask your self what took me so long to get them.”

“Purchased the Alpha bumper plates and Training Olympic Barbell. My order arrived in 11 days which is awesome compared to how long order times took and how hard it was to find training equipment when covid got crazy. Everything was well packed and secured on a pallet and Fed Ex freight was even kind enough to drop it off in my garage. I love the plates, look and feel great. I’ve been training with a set of adjustable dumbells and bands mostly so It feels awesome to really load up and move heavy weights again. I look forward to purchasing more equipment from Vulcan in the future and I am very satisfied with my purchase.”

“The SSB is terrific! Great implement for the price. There are other more expensive bars out there but why spend the money when this bar is available? The welds are strong, padding is good, the angles are just right, the sleeves are perfect, and the quality is good. Thumbs up!”
