“Easy to order and quick shipping methods. Received Vulcan curl bar and 260lbs rubber coated Olympic plate set. We couldn’t be happier with quality of the product that came in. Wanted to order hex rubber dumbbell set and couldn’t get the support we needed on proper shipping to rural location with shipping restrictions. Ended up getting the service expected with a close-to-home vendor.”

“The bench is fine, seems about right for the price. Powder coating was chipped in several areas when it arrived and it has some rust formed on the interior of the tubes. Neither worry me seems like it goes hand in hand with gym equipment after a few days of use. The big issue I ran into is customer service. The handle has bolts that I have been unable to remove so that I can attach the handle to the bench. I called customer service on day one and the response was yeah we know about our issue. our supplier oversease tightend the round handle with an impact wrench. You should duct tape the round handle then put it in a vise and try to remove them that way- but if that doesnt work we will send you a new handle in a few day. So you know you have an issue but now I need to way a week and half? Anyways I moved on, till the handle arrived today with the handle and 1 bolt? Come on”

“I own five pairs of their all rubber hex dumbbells and just got their ox bar in. I also own Rogue, Titian, Sorinex, Rep, Legend equipment, full disclosure. I absolutely love all of the Vulcan equipment I own and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy anything gym related, that isn't so concerned with specific brand names and is looking for quality, affordable products.”

“Thus far I’ve been very impressed with the performance of this Vulcan strength Ox Trap Bar. I was at first a tad weary of the knurling, I thought it was a tad passive for my liking. However, my mind has changed once I threw some weight on it for use, the knurling gets a nice bite in your palms. At the current sale price of $499 ($180 off) with free shipping… this bar is hard to beat! Packaging was damaging, I was nervous the bar may have been damage by freight, however once this box was opened… I was extremely happy to see how well it was packed and not even a scuff anywhere. Assembly… took a matter of 5 minutes per side (mainly because I was taking pictures). Absolutely no issues handling heavy weight (deadlifted 428 with this already) and the built in bar jack is amazing. Easily lift the load up to the stand with one hand with 400+ loaded on the bar, extremely stable!”

“This review is for the homegym guys who know their barbells: Knurl: This is where the Vulcan Elite shines. It is easily the sharpest/grippiest bar, but is nowhere near the 'unbearable' rating I've seen some online reviews give it. For an experienced powerlifter, this is what I would consider perfect. When compared to other bars, I would rate this a 8.5/10 in terms of sharp, as well as 8.5/10 grippy. For relevancy, I would give the Ohio Power Bar a 7/10 in both sharp and grippy, with the Ohio Deadlift bar being 7 in sharp (it is more course than the Vulcan Elite), 8.5 in grippy. The American Barbell Elite is a 5/10 in sharp, 7/10 grippy; the texas power bar a 8/10 and 8/10 as well. Construction: The black oxide on the barbell itself is thin and scratches easily; the zinc plating on the sleeves is not uniform when compared to other manufacturers. Side-to-side slop is similar to OPB, with American Barbell, Lu Xiao Xun, and even ISF being tighter Spin: Spin is perfect for powerlifting. Oilite bears spin better than my OPB but less than my AB Elite. Shipping and packaging was great; 3 days from ordering to my doorstep; I live on the East Coast. Overall: This is a get-it-done barbell. It is perfect for lower bar squats and deadlifts. It is not good for high bar squatters or bench press. I think it has its place among the experienced powerlifter crowd, but not for the regular guy; unles you prefer an aggressive barbell.”

“Ordered the 25# Alpha Bumper Plates -> Absolutely LOVE Them 1) They look Amazing. The online pictures don't do them justice, they are sick plates 2) They legit are priced as is. There was no tax, no shipping, you see the price, added to cart and thats exactly what I paid. 3) Veteran owned, Amazing Customer service, Incredible warranty, Indoor + Outdoor use 4) Speedy delivery: The website mentions that due to COVID you can expect a 7-10 business day delay in shipments. I ordered my plates on a Monday afternoon, and they were delivered by Friday night. Blew my freaking mind. 5) Did I mention how cool these plates look? They also just feel great in my hands. I have other lower quality bumpers and these just Feel better. Its probably the virgin rubber opposed to recycled. Definitely less bounce. 100% Will do business with Vulvan again.”

“Packaging needs a little improvment, to protect parts during shipping. Slide adjustment pin needs a plastic protector tip, or slide rail wear plate. Very nice piece of equipment though. I never write reviews.”
