“Had an issue with shipping that caused the package to be returned to sender. I was only refunded 80% due to this.”

“The products themselves are fantastic. I ordered a pair of Alpha 35s, which arrived promptly… or at least one of them did. For whatever reason my second plate still hasn’t arrived and I don’t know why they would go in separate shipments. I tried calling customer service, but their phone number just says to email. I emailed and haven’t heard back in several days. Not great.”

“The bar is good however when I got the bar, 1 of the edge of the sleeves was chipped and small stip of the bar lost or is missing the coating. However, it still works as expected.”

“The size options were limited and this slbelt seems a little too big and if I got any smaller this belt wouldn't fit. Website listed 38-39, I need a 36-37. But it same we have to pay to get it shipped to returns and that's unfair to me as a customer.”

“1. Time to receive order was good 2. No instructions 3. Missing parts 4. Assembly was fine once we received all nessesary parts and instructions. This was a simple 3 teir rack. As long as we have all parts. 5. Support did their job, installation was delayed with Missing parts Our 1st order with Vulcan Frank Robles Desert Sports & Fitness Tucson AZ”

“Product is good. Bumper plates came discolored. Customer service made excuses for this, rather than just apologize and exchange the plates when I contacted them. It was clear I was happy with it. That’s why I was reaching out. Why would excuses change that? In the end they did exchange them. However, now I had to find someone to print the packing slip, package them up in the trashed (through shipping) box and take them to a UPS store. I’m out my precious time and without a product I paid full price for. Because of their poor quality control. They should have sent me the new plates with the return packing slip inside. That way I’m less inconvenienced by their mistake. I still have not received the new plates and we are on day ten. We may be going through all this again if it’s not corrected this time around.”

“The storage rack i got was easy to set up and good quality. It looks nice in our organization's fitness room and has cleaned up and organized all the loose stuff that is typically on the ground. The only negative i have so far is that i haven't received the kettlebell trays for the rack and have been waiting a couple of months for them.”

“Vulcan products get a 5 from me however their service is sorely lacking. In my first experience, I was kept on hold forever only to be given instructions to complete a ticket online. By the time they responded to me a day or 2 later, I had already solved the issue. The 2nd time I ordered, nearly 4 weeks had passed before I decided to call to see where my order was. After putting me on hold several times, they informed me that they had simply forgotten to process my order! Maybe offer your customers a coupon code or some other form of good will or simply put a little more effort into making things right. Again, great products but lousy service. Hopefully, they can improve on this.”

“I really like the products but the seat to my incline bench came with a rip on the seat and I’ve sent emails asking for a replacement seat and haven’t heard back. Other than that I’m happy with the incline bench I purchased”

“My SSB arrived damaged and scratched up solution was to send me paint that never arrived. So I paired full price for something that someone else probably would receive a discount for. But it works as intended just looks like something from the scratch and dent bin.”

“The product is fantastic. I love that it’s American made. And built well. However the customer service is awful. I’ve called at least a dozen times with no answers and my emails are only answered 1/2 the time. I would like to purchase more equipment but I can’t seem to get ahold of anybody.”

“So I just received the red 25kilo pair and love the design. Easy to grip edges. But for the money I would have wished it came in great condition. My pair came looking like they were slightly used and scratched up so minus points for that”

“Ordered two 45lbs cast iron Olympic Standard weight plates. Delivery was surprisingly quick so, gold star for that. Plates were in great condition, however, they did not fit on my Olympic Standard barbell. I had to purchase a burr and flap wheel to grind out the whole a bit but, now they fit perfectly on the bar. The website does say, "manufacturer specifications may vary" so, I guess some error is to be expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase, from delivery time to the overall aesthetic of the plates.”

“Quality deserves a 5 on the bumper plates I ordered. Customer service is difficult to reach, actually impossible to reach in any form other than email. I thought that being a local company, they would be a little easier to communicate and deal with. Although When I did finally get ahold of someone, she was very helpful.”
