“Stop smoking 3 months ago. Started using Vuse. Was good in the beginning but after today I’m done buying this product. Getting frustrated when it often doesn’t work. Then today I felt a hot sensation in my pocket. The device was super hot and seemed it was about ignite it was so hot. If I left it on the couch or in my back pack I could have lost my life to a fire. It got so hot I couldn’t even hold it. I had a brand new pod inside and couldn’t believe how lucky I was that I noticed it before it cause a fire and could have possibly killed some and burning down the house or car. Because of this junk product I thank you I’ll quit e cigarettes all together. Be care if you use this or think of using it. I think it’s very dangerous and not worth the risk.”
“1.6% pods are harder and harder to find. Some people actually prefer the lower nicotine. The 1.8% new pods are too sweet, nothing like the old pods. Vanilla tastes like butter. Pods leak, pods taste burnt. No more vuse. Waste of money.”

“BAT FAIL. I wish it was possible to give BAT/Vuse a minus star rating. One would imagine they would get the bare minimum right - a product that actually works. The new pods are beyond dreadful. (I have a theory that they were redesigned to contain LESS FLUID. I'd go as far as saying this is a SCAM) I had to return the last two packs I bought as they were leaking. There is DEFINITELY WAY LESS liquid in the new pods. And the vape now makes a weird bubbling noise. I'm done with BAT/Vuse. I am now using a different brand, with a refillable pod - much more cost efficient, much better fluid - an all round superior experience. PS - very weird that your system won't upload my JPEG image of your faulty product. I have tried 3 times to do this. The error message says "We could not upload one of your files, please try again later or contact support" Really, guys? C'mon. You can't even get that right. Buh Bye.”
