“This e cigarette ticks all the boxes ... Simple , Clean, Tidy, Smooth Taste and great flavours. I ordered the e-stick and I love how lightweight it is. I also love the charging box ... the fact that you can charge your e-cig whilst on the go is great!!! The only thing I would have a very small,small,tiny moan about would be the postage... would be great if it were guaranteed next day delivery....i have just changed to "Vype" after using another e-cig company due to their prices becoming extortionate...however with them as long as you ordered before 1pm and spent £20 or over they would send it next day delivery but with "Vype" I ordered on a Friday before 1pm and didn't receive until Wednesday morning - I realise there was a weekend but would of expected a monday delivery......... however a great product at a great price and will not be going back to my old company 5***** rating for the e-cig product ..... 4**** for the delivery....If your looking to give up smoking forever "Vype" is the way to go!!!!”

“I enjoy using this product, the only downside is the amount of clicks to get it started. It is smooth to use and gives the desired effect. Apart from that, all good, oh, but getting hold of the refills that I need is not great, it means I always have to order from Vype as I can't seem to ever find the nicotine free in the shops.”

“Good service but I really think you could do more to recycle. I like the product but some encouragement to get people recycling your products would be good. You could offer points to exchange for products on returning used clearomizers, batteries etc as other companies do. Also it would be good to have an option of replacing used coils so the clearomizer can be reused. Again other companies provide this facility so it would be nice to have the option. Great product though and british”

“Well, I really can't say much because I have only had them for a day and a half but so far the taste is good and I'm not missing real cigarettes as much as I thought I would which is the main aim. Just got to see how the charging works etc.”
