“Once I figured out where to put the oil I am quite pleased. After nearly breaking it by trying to pour the oil into the middle bit of the device. Maybe better pictures and directions on the instructions would be a lot more helpful.”

“I have used the vype epen since February with a lot of success but now I find the two epens I have bought even they show green as fully charged are red when I try to inhale this is very frustrating as I do not want to start smoking again. What do I do? If they worked I would give this product very good as it has stopped me smoking but they don't seem to last and are expensive. The problem I had was with an epen cap which was causing the problem, now resolved I can review the epen as very good.”

“No going back for me, quick clean and easy to change cartridges with a good variety of flavours and strengths. A nice smooth inhale with no harsh burn on the throat ... would definitely recommend to others :)”

“I am happy with vype i love the way it works as in you don't have to fill tops up with juice, when you run out you just swap over for a refill. Myself I would like it a bit stronger. I've introduced a friend to it and she was happy with it but also would like a higher strength than 18mg but we both will be sticking to vype. Thank you :)”

“Love these e-cigs I now have 3 different colours, so simple to use and no mess or spillages. Customer service from the company is second to none. Delivery is normally next day if ordered at a reasonable time the day before. I have used everything going to stop smoking and various other e-cigs but these are the only ones that I've managed to do it with after 39 years of smoking. 7 months and counting :)”

“I bought a vype pen type e-cigarette for my husband, who has been smoking for at least 65 years. So far he has not smoked his real tobacco and is giving this new vype a try. He did find it a little strong, as I did not know which strength to get, and coughs when he takes in a deep breath. When I get more replacements, I will reduce the strength and see how it goes. He also said he might like a smaller version, so depending on how he gets on with this, I might also try the little cigarette style ones as a supplement. I would definitely recommend trying this product, as it really seems to work, without causing stress to the smoker, or others in the room!”

“I have purchased 3 different makes in the last 15 months, same problems with each, leaking, inconsistent battery life and cumbersome. The e-pen eliminates all these problems, epen caps very good no leaks, battery holds charge well, good design very light easy to carry in pocket, easiest pen yet to keep clean. I was a heavy smoker found with cheaper brands of fluid even using 36 mg I still had cravings, using 18 mg ecaps reduced my cravings far beyond anything else I've tried, I presume it's because of the genuine nicotine content and quality.”

“First time user on one hand I'm delighted the even is really good enjoy the smoke from it and it saves me the hassle of filling a ecig with liquid a wee bit disappointed though I ordered 6 refill packets but only received 2 but when I wrote to you you did send an email saying you would deliver the missing items. It was a quick response so I'm delighted with the service. First day of using it so far I can't fault the ecig itself nice to look at very comfortable and easy to use. Thanks”

“I'll start by saying I like vype ecig it suits my lifestyle fine. However after having major problems with ordering on the Internet taking approximately 4 hours to sort out I find when the two items were delivered they were the wrong flavour. I could almost understand a mix up had there been a computer glitch but the typed delivery note had all the correct details in bold. I have only had my ecig for two months and can only hope that this episode is a one off and amends will be made. Thank you for taking time to read my feedback.”

“I've been a vaper for 7 years using the Intellicig 3 piece refillable product. Getting used to the clearomiser is taking some doing but the e liquid is to the same excellent standard. The overall package will now cost me about 20% more than it did with Intellicig, so this is why I have only given it 3 stars”
