“No fuss, easy to use and maintain. Still using ePen 1.0. eCaps don't always finish till the end. Leaks if not stored upright even in case e.g. while travelling in bag.”

“Absolutely excellent. The e.tank pro has a fantastic design. Nice large tank, easy to charge with concealed charge slot. The design is very robust, ive had this for two months and it is still like new. The liquids come in an excellent range of flavours and taste great with nice smooth strong kick. I have had contact with customer services where they resolved my query very effectively. I would highly recommend purchasing vype over any other product.”

“It's compact with a nice feel and very easy to use. My only criticism is that you don't know that the battery is getting low because the only warning light that apparently changes from white to orange to red is on the button you press to make it work, so your thumb/finger is always over it when the light is on!”

“Excellent customer service and a good product so the main reason I have recommended to a number of friends who now also use Vype. So far its around 15 people who have switched to Vype and counting. The only negative is the price of the refills that are a factor in 'may be' questioning our future long tetm use of products. Don't think there will be a price reduction but may be considering reduction of QTY purchase may allow for a good compromise. A very good product.”

“The liquids have a nice mix of base flavours and it's not only easy but becomes almost compulsive to find the blend (or blends if you use more than one vape unit) that best suits your taste - I have one golden tobacco and cherry based blend and a second, mint based blend. In the 16 months since I switched from cigarettes to vaping, I've been gradually reducing my intake (I smoked 30 - 50 a day for about 40 years) and have about reached the state where I only vape at home. I feel better for it, my doctor approves, my wallet approves and my house and clothes smell substantially better too - thanks Vype, after years of trying to cut down and/or stop smoking you've made it possible.”

“I'm really impressed with the design and, so far, the durability of the product. I did find it particulary annoying that I didn't recieve any eliquid with my starter kit; I think you shold introduce that; at the very least on the etank pro; just saying. But yeah, as a someone who has used your previous ecigs, this one is a winner and I have recieved many compliments from my people about the attractiveness of this product, the eTank Pro.”

“I have tried to give up cigarettes many times over the years (I am now 67), and this is the first e-cigarette which has given me the opportunity to do so. I am so very pleased with the Vype - E Pen, especially with the different flavoured cartridges and nicotine strengths. I now feel confident that the old cigarette dependency is finally over!”
