“The epen is an awesome machine. It has cut down my smoking by half in the first week and will hopefully go on to help me quit all together as i slowly go down the nicotine levels.”

“On first use I thought the ePen was very easy to use and seem as good as any other ePen I've seen, better cosmetic design than most. My only reserve not really a negative is the range of flavours available, I wanted a good mint flavour and the crisp mint doesn't really have much of a minty taste, not keen on cherry or fruits and wanted to remove myself from tobacco flavour. The only negative is you can't refill the refills so you are limited to the three flavours on offer, I do hope this matter gets resolved or I may have to change to a different ePen with better choices. However I will keep on given I have only just bought it, and recently (today) bought another in purple as a back up for when the first is charging”

“I've smoked for 22 years and tried a few e pens but none lasted more then a few hrs as I wasn't getting what I needed until I got my vype e-pen and so far I've not somked for nearly a week! This has even happened before!! The vype e-pen is giving me everything I need to stop smoking :)”

“I use the epen and it has proved very reliable, giving a good smoke because the atomiser is part of the refill therefore giving a good smoke every time. Vype service is exceptional and the products are delivered by post using the trace facility allowing you to know when they will be delivered. Good products and Good service; what more can be asked.”

“Only had it for a couple of days, i have tried other types that friends have and this is my fave its so easy to change the vape oil, have found them strong though but im sure i will get used to that but i smoke light cigarettes that have 0.5mg of nicotine and the lowest stregth on these is 6mg so i only need a small amount. I added on to the starter kit a pack of black cherry 6mg and they are really nice will def keep using and looking forward to some new flavours!! def recommend they only downside for me is the strength but over all the e-cig is really light to hold and i got the red one and it looks really nice.”

“The phone staff are very helpful and the overall service is excellent. I do have a problem with some flavours but it could just be me, I find the Fresh Apple very weak in apple taste (but clean and crisp) and the tobacco flavours don't seem to taste of tobacco. STILL GONNA BUY THOUGH...”

“I ordered an E pen starter kit, easy to order online and arrived promptly, however the device I received is faulty and doesn't work. Have had No option but to contact vype by email as their call centre hours are not suitable for people who are at work all day and cannot make calls, and they are not open at weekends, currently awaiting a response. Not a good start for me with vype I'm afraid to say.”
