“Have been using Vype e pen for 4 years now and have found them quick and easy to use.Only problem is getting the ecaps.Have to buy online because I can’t buy them in shops anymore.Even the Vype stall in the shopping centre doesn’t stock them.”

“I use the vype epen3 this is so easy to use, just pop on the selected epod (with whatever flavour and with whichever strength of nicotine) and turn on. The epen3 is a real convenient size too, and so easy to hold.”

“I very recently purchased a vype pro 2 and was using it with no issues for nearly 2 days. I encountered a problem with unscrewing the top on the 3rd refill which resulted in the casing breaking and rendering the product unusable. I contacted the customer services who replied promptly, taking the necessary details and sent out a replacement product with next day delivery. Could not fault the service I received. Have been using their products for a while now with a previous vype pen and the service and delivery is always commendable”

“Sirs. I Was Introduced To Vype-E-Tank By My Daughter And Was So Impressed By It I Bought A Second Just In Case I Mislaid Either. All It Needs Is To Replace The Atomiser Every Month ( Or So ) To Refresh The Flavouring. The Black Covering Is Beginning To Peel Off ( But We All Wear Away In The End ). Both Still Work Very Satisfactory. If I Needed Another E-Cig. I Would Look At All Your Products And Choose One. Congratulations Phil Ludgrove.”

“My favourite device was pebble and I appreciate the cartridge had a leakage problem, but I do believe fixing the cartridge, instead of discontinuing the device, would also work to the consumers. I really like and enjoy the new ePen3, however I can't find the zero mg nicotine cartridges anywhere, apart from the online store. Additionally, there are many flavour that are not available in zero mg nicotine, e.g. mango.”

It is based on mostly commercial reasons for retailers, because they cannot stock the full range of a manufacturer’s products. 18mg is typically the best-selling strength, so the range they decide to stock reflects this. The largest availability of lower strengths will always be available directly from Vype.
