Chelle Mellecker from Vystar Callahan branch is very professional and knowledgeable about the banking experience. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a positive banking experience

The mobile app is awful. Not user friendly at all and terrible to navigate. The wait times for customer service are 60+ minutes! Chat is slow as well. Took my almost an hour to get a live person on the phone to make a payment! I’ll be moving my loan out of here asap as horrible service.

I have loss the sale of my RV because of Vystar bank. I paid off my Travel Trailer early and they did not give me an early pay off. Then they would not accept a wire transfer so I did an electronic check. They won’t release my title for 10 business days after they take the money, which is a total of 17 days before they will release the title. Then it will take another 3 to 5 days for it to process through the DMV. Which is a total of 23 days. I couldn’t get a title release from Vystar for 23 days. I would not recommend Vystar bank to anyone.

Waiting for 3 hours on the phone then drove to to vy star 6 cars in line nobody at the window something gotta be better

Worst bank ever EVER DO NOT EVER USE THEY SCUMMY GARBAGE BANK they are down won’t let you do anything most the time and fail to do their job little on less answer phones worse bank ever.

I truly advise everyone to not give this company your money. They do not appreciate you, rather, they make you feel like an inconvenience. It’s almost like they forget that without OUR money, they won’t even exist. So put your money into a place that values you, not this trash of a company with no customer service. Also the hiring managers should set the bar a bit higher when hiring these bank reps. This isn’t McDonald’s.

I have had many interactions with 3 employees in the past couple weeks. Bre Osterhout, Jessica Cochran and Annlaury Jean-Baptiste are the best at VyStar in Amelia Island 32034. These ladies always are personable, kind, patient and intelligent when dealing with the customers! They work quickly to fix the problems each time. This is why I will never leave this VyStar branch. Thank you ladies for your awesome work ethic!!!

I have been a VyStar costumer for many years I don’t recall any kind of problems nor feeling dissatisfied with this bank I have been very happy even with it’s employees especially with the one that took care of me today her name is Cathrine or teller: 2659 of branch107-Southside on Philips Highway again I say Thank you.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For VyStar Employees /⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For VyStar Credit Union .

1 year with this institution and I honestly can't come up with anything that's worked correctly. Debit cards, online banking, the loan department- all terrible. Vystar - it's a fail.

After 4 months of ineptitude trying to launch an updated app and website much is still not functional. I have been on hold with online tech support for 1 hour and fifteen minutes. I just spoke to someone and explained the issue. She said she did not have access to the app( not kidding) and now have been on hold for an additional 10 minutes awaiting someone who has some knowledge about external transfers. I have been a VyStar client for many years and cannot believe that there was not more texting and planning done prior to launching the app. The VyStar President went on vacation during the crisis which days a lot. By the way I am still on hold!!!

After 40 years of loyalty - they got the BOOT! This failing financial institution remains dysfunctional going on 5 weeks. Sporadic to, no on-line account access. NO telephone access except an automated program. NO reliable external transfer capability. NO on-line chat capability. Account updates are untimely and inaccurate. Their so-called "Risk Security & Fraud Dispute department " is undoubtedly, the worst in the industry." They will harass a member to verify each transaction, yet cant notice the most obvious repeating fraud transactions occuring during their complete system failure. I lost thousands. We're so fortunate to have recovered our funds. Vystar has NO member/customer loyalty. I was able to withdraw most of my remaining funds and deposit in a reliable credit union. Unfortunately, the receiving institution placed an extended hold on their certified checks until VyStar was able to actually transfer the funds. No wonder they are not BBB accredited! Sad, but true.

As we are all aware Vystar’s online system has been down for weeks. I have been a loyal member of Vystar since 1997 and recently contacted Them to send a wire to pay the rent for my business space. This is something I’ve been doing seamlessly for months now. I called and got the recording stating it would be a minimum of 60 minutes wait time to speak to a Representative. I opted for a call back, (2) hours later I received a call back and spoke with Eric Ref # 286577 who proceed to verify my information to process my request. I was asked to verify my name, email, and account number which is normal, but I was then asked to verify my driver’s license. I found this to be odd, as this is the first time, I’ve every been asked by Vystar for my license number. Normally I provide name, account number, account password and then I am sent a verification code to the number I have on file… I expressed that to Eric who responded by telling me he could send me back into the call que to speak to another representative. This very tasteless comment really set me off… how dare he I’ve been patient with all of the inconveniences I’ve made to endure, actually still enduring with Vystar and this person had the unmitigated gall to speak to me in that manner. This was unacceptable and very poor customer service!!! Vystar, please teach your Reps to do better

3 weeks now I can’t get anyone on the phone, access my account online, or access my information with magic touch. This is the worst bank I ever had over the past 40 years. The member needs to bankrupt this organization. Horrible!

Vystar CU always makes and keeps me happy. Customer service is excellent and professional. Representatives have always gone out of the way to assist me with my banking needs and personal needs (making copies and faxing documents ). I just wish I had become a member years ago, but better late than never. Vystar CU is an excellent place to bank and do business with.

Since moving to Florida in 2008, I have been a member of Vystar and I have received great service but I received exceptional service yesterday. I had the pleasure of speaking with two phenomenal employees, Danielle and Jessica at the Macclenny, FL location. These two ladies went above and beyond for me. I accidentally deposited a parent plus loan refund check into my account at my neighborhood branch on San Jose Blvd in Mandarin and not one of the joint accounts I have with my son. I was told that I would receive a notification in the mail requiring me to return to the branch and redeposit the check, contact Southern University where my son attends college in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, or contact Federal Loans, my lender and have them replace the check. After waiting for more than ten business days I contacted Vystar but I was told to continue to wait. After more than twenty business days I was blessed to speak with Danielle who patiently listened to me and spoke with someone who could assist. Danielle said she would have an answer by the end of the day. Before Danielle could return my call, Jessica called me to assist as well. The two of them worked together to resolve the issue in a few hours and I am more than thankful and satisfied. It is imperative that we show gratitude for hard work and dedication. These exceptional Vystar employees did not ask me to write a review but I wanted to let Vystar know what valuable employees they have and that they are leading with excellence. The characteristics these two displayed show me they will elevate in their careers. Thank you again, Danielle and Jessica, for extraordinary teamwork, leadership, dedication, persistence, showing empathy, and utilizing your remarkable communication skills. Your service is appreciated and all future promotions are well deserved.

Neth Black is truly the best loan agent I have ever done business with. She has a very friendly personality and her knowledge of all systems used are top notch. Neth makes all experiences pleasant.

I don’t trust your mobile banking. The information is so misleading on your website and the agents give completely different information. I called four time and want my money. Don’t use mobile banking they have limited locations and are not helpful
