“I ordered two packages. first one took just under two weeks, I didn't pay any extra for shipping so I was very happy with that delivery time. The second order came in ten days, and again, I did not pay extra for shipping. They included some teas and incense in the package as a gift. Everything was great, I'd highly recommend them.”

“I love this site it has everything! I love the free postage option it was quicker than other similar sites paid delivery! I also got some free samples of teas, which were very nice, and paying by debit card was so easy. The correspondence is very polite and friendly, and the information on each product on the site detailed and honest. I love how the products are sourced. You won't ever need another site, this is by far the best I've ever used. Best of luck for the future Waking Herbs xx : )”

“The items purchased were of good quality, the team responded to emails quickly and thoroughly, prices are reasonable, order was shipped promptly and received in less than a week from Netherlands to US. It’s very obvious their entire team cares about their products and their customers. An approach that has become extremely difficult to find from online vendors. Thanks guys”

“When I first made my order, the order itself didn't go through and my order never came. I sent an email and got a response right away, everything got fixed, my order was sent out the very next day and I received it quickly with extra stuff as well! I'm really happy with my purchase and they are great to their customers!!”

“Very reliable. Although one of our orders got lost in the post we were easily able to arrange to pick the order up later on. The quality of the products are always amazing and we often get a small sample of other products with our order. One negative - we have messaged through the online email form twice and have never received a response from either, so it would be good to have better response for that. Overall though Waking Herbs is an amazing website and we will always order from this site.”
