Hi , Hope you are well over this over this interesting time . I can not place as review as I have not received my order placed on 23.4.20.My confirmation stated delivery for the 5th May. I have been contact with WH online support with my concern and have been informed its up to the courier, so I am not sure where that leaves me? Please advise.

Hi Robyn, we are extremely sorry to hear that your delivery has not arrived. Unfortunately it has become clear that the courier services in NZ are struggling to cope with the huge demands that have been placed on it during Level 3 lockdown. We have been in touch with our courier service provider and the overwhelming number of packages that are being sent since the restrictions on non-essential business have been lifted, coupled with the increased requirements for health and safety have meant that they are experiencing significant delays in being able to deliver. We know that every order is important however once we have passed them onto the courier we are sadly not able to improve the delivery timeframe due to the nature of the issue they are facing. We have found over the past couple of days that the tracking updates are functioning correctly and when your order is processed to a new phase it will be shown through your tracking link. We recognise this is not the service you deserve and are open to any suggestions of what we can do to help from here. We expect that once retail stores are able to open the courier companies will have less demand and we will be able to provide the speedy service that both our customers and we expect. This is a hugely disappointing situation from our perspective as well and we are grateful for your support and understanding in what has been a very challenging time.

Communication around delivery could have been way better. It was a stuff up. Courier returned item to you as i wasn't home yet they didn't call me. When i followed up no delivery was told it had been returned by courier yet no contact from walker & hall. Next time around i asked for a delivery time only to be told they were on there way. Not great customer service.

The speed of delivery was great! But the Boh Runga box for the earrings wasn’t the right one.... so the earrings aren’t held in place. Disappointing as it is a birthday prezzie for my daughter.

I didn't realise (until parcel arrived) that i was buying a single stud earring only. Maybe the website could give the option to buy a a pair.

Very quick delivery, but the $800 package was left by the courier on the shelf outside the letterbox. It had signature only on the package. By pure chance I found it before anyone else did. My husband ordered it for my birthday so it hasn’t been opened yet because it’s gift wrapped, and it’s not my birthday yet, I hope it’s the right thing!

2 visits in-store at different stores, and I felt very pressured to buy something. In one store, the sales assistant pressured me to buy something in-store rather than go to the offsite to get the product I actually wanted. Made me feel uncomfortable and annoyed, and I also wasted time for when he finally agreed to go to the offsite to get the product I wanted!

Size range is off and a large isn't actually that big, it's quite small actually but i'm obsessed with the range nonetheless

The order took a lot longer than the 1-2 business days that was promised and it was not until I emailed them asking where my order was that they told me they had to wait for my order to be brought in from somewhere else before they could ship it to me. When I received my ring it turns out I had ordered the incorrect size. So I went onto one of those chat help things that pop up when you go on your website and the person I was talking to was kind of rude and not very helpful. How ever I have currently been emailing someone named Sandre who has been very kind and helpful in helping me exchange my ring.

Please make the packaging same with the whole brand. I got a fossel watch inside a skagen box which is totally different brands.

I originally ordered through layby And then asked an online query. Instead of replying to my question they assumed I didn’t want it and refunded my money. After sorting out the confusion I had to wait for my refund to come through then revordered. The lady was apologetic and once all sorted I’m very happy with my purchase.

The item I purchased was listed on the website in a different size, but then I was informed that size was not available after my purchase had been processed. I asked if a slightly different style was available, because the website said it was available, but it was not. I ended up purchasing something in a different size which was a bit frustrating. The piece by Meadowlark is absolutely stunning, but would recommend to others to check with the online chat or by emailing or calling to be sure an item is actually available before purchasing.

Love my purchase, but the beginning of the service experience was quite bad. When I arrived the two team members working were chatting with their backs facing away from the counter, and it took a good few minutes to be acknowledged. I was actually planning on making another purchase but decided against it as the staff were quite abrupt. The online service however was absolutely amazing!

Love everything I get from walker and hall but I prefer to shop online than go in store. The reward systems are great but the only thing I have to fault is that you can’t use your credits online. Could this be a future possibility?

Regarding using credits online, if you are meaning our diamond club vouchers you can absolutely use them online! You just need to pop in the voucher number into the "Gift Card" section in the checkout process. Or if you are talking about a store credit you are able to use this online too - it's just a more manual process which would require some communication with our online orders team prior to purchase but is absolutely possible!
