“The order took a lot longer than the 1-2 business days that was promised and it was not until I emailed them asking where my order was that they told me they had to wait for my order to be brought in from somewhere else before they could ship it to me. When I received my ring it turns out I had ordered the incorrect size. So I went onto one of those chat help things that pop up when you go on your website and the person I was talking to was kind of rude and not very helpful. How ever I have currently been emailing someone named Sandre who has been very kind and helpful in helping me exchange my ring.”

“The online service we received was really great thanks and the pendant is really exceptional. My only complaint is that we went into a store and the price offered in store was quite high and they were not willing to discount it. I immediately went online and found that it was substantially cheaper and purchased it online. I would have thought that the store should be aware of the online discounts and at least match them. Other than that the service the lady provided was really good and efficient.”

“Although I haven't checked whether I received what I asked for, (as it's wrapped up so lovely), I have full faith that it will turn out exactly how I wanted it to, especially after the amazing customer service I received from Sandre, who patiently helped me with all my enquiries regarding engravings and the jewelry I ordered as a gift. I hope this review results in some commendation for Sandre, as it is by far the best customer service I have received in a long time. I will definitely be shopping with Walker and Hall in the future.
