“My necklace came on time and I was happy with the product. The only thing is on the website it shows the necklaces charms/pendants as bigger than they are in reality which maybe just needs to be noted on the website. Thank you!”

“The online service we received was really great thanks and the pendant is really exceptional. My only complaint is that we went into a store and the price offered in store was quite high and they were not willing to discount it. I immediately went online and found that it was substantially cheaper and purchased it online. I would have thought that the store should be aware of the online discounts and at least match them. Other than that the service the lady provided was really good and efficient.”

“Very happy with the service of the jewellery. Please add a blank all occasions card to your selection. I recently had a situation where none were right and had to get my 80yr old Mother to go buy a card to take to the event. The present arrived several days before she could take the card. Not ideal.”

“Service was fantastic. Very quick with postage, beautifully written / presented card and the boxes and bags were perfect. Only criticism would be that maybe you don't put your company name on the courier parcel label. It was a birthday gift that the birthday girl signed for! Obviously she didn't know what pieces she got but knew that she was receiving jewellery. We love it though :-)”
